I think you are underestimating the amount of money they will raise.

$96 million last time and $96 million this time. Otherwise their bluster after the failures will be apparent for all to see.

And a corresponding fall to 10p because the raise will have to encompass the debt.

And probably the announcement of the plugging of Alkaid 2.

It'll be interesting to see the price they raise at, I'd estimate they'll need to raise at least £20m to do any sort of scale exploration in Alaska given this yrs mammoth cashburn.

20p for raise price may be excessively optimistic!
