12/10/2022 10:27 | The flaring extension is a non issue. IMO If there is so much gas that they still need to flare in 7 months and they want to continue testing (i.e. we are still producing oil at commercially viable quantities), then we won't care. | dhb368
12/10/2022 10:17 | Noted this morning that COPL have received permit for additional gas flaring at their drill in Wyoming, different state obviously but surely there's some precedent there? | chris0805
12/10/2022 07:50 | Those two RNS give us all the details so far released on the reservoir currently being prepared for flow testing. There was a question: What if it flows majority water? Those RNS suggest that is extremely unlikely, and that confidence in the characteristics of the formation based on VAS analysis and wire logging is high. On that basis, I would not be banking on the flow test being a failure. | forwood

11/10/2022 21:54 | If we go through company presentation April, 2022 - there expectations from 5000' horizontal well is 750 BOPD. I think, 750 BOPD will be huge success and proof of concept | mynameiskhan
11/10/2022 20:27 | So then Truant if 750 barrels or more flows from this 5000ft lateral you will claim that is a failure? Even if theres 750+ barrels of oil in 24hrs. Not asking about less, Im asking you if 750 barrels or more flow, your opinion is that will be a failure and that management will try and make out its not....? Straight question. What is your answer? | fifthelementinvesting
11/10/2022 19:09 | Whether this unravels or not is a given... it's a stone cold cert to failWhat's intriguing me is how the mgmt will ramp / obfuscate the poor results. It'll be what's NOT included in the RNS that'll be telling. They won't admit it's failed initially | truant2tb1
11/10/2022 19:04 | No more than normal. See the RNS 29 July for detail of the vertical drill findings on the 3 targeted oil bearing formations: 'significant improvements in reservoir quality' 'thicker and of better reservoir quality than pre-drill estimates' 'Exceeded pre-drill expectation of reservoir thickness and quality' From the RNS 18/8: "Analysis of the logging while drilling (LWD) and gas chromatograph readings indicate that the improved reservoir parameters encountered in the vertical pilot hole have continued or improved in the horizontal well bore...... As previously announced, initial analysis indicates significant improvements in reservoir quality which has the potential to lead to upgrades of the current resource estimates for all targeted horizons. Analysis of data received to date also highlights the progression in the Company's ability to accurately predict the presence of light oil bearing reservoirs using 3D seismic data, geological and geophysical capabilities, further enhancing confidence in future drilling and development planning. The quality of data received from the well has been extremely high ........" So, am very confident of a sucessful flow test. | forwood |
