Who is cancelling their subscription to C shares? Suddenly, extra shares here are not looking anywhere near as attractive as they were.

Investors beware pint xd 1p oct6th but subscribers don't qualify so you are actually paying 101 not very attractive and a little crafty .not going for it and will be surprised if they get full subscription

REsults:

Seem OK, with a well-diversified spread of assets. NAV static at 97.9p (initially 98p).

C shares will likely have an initial 98p NAV, too. Will probably invest in them, especially as US (and USD) seems to be a safer place to invest than UK, EU.

Yes real shame they hedged their non GBP exposure - would definitely be buying now if they hadn't.

PINT H1 results on Thursday (22nd). A decent opportunity to decide on the C-share offer.

AJ Bell now have the share offer in their IPO section but I’ve not yet had any corporate action in regards to my holding, which I was (am) expecting.

ii has the offer as a corporate action for existing PINT holders, but not in its IPO list for all account holders. Deadline is 30/09.

The portfolio would have performed better if all
the investments hadn't been hedged back into
Sterling. In my view diversification much less expensive
than currency hedging.

Count me in for some. The developing portfolio looks very impressive to me.

Offer at 100p.

I'm fully invested right now but if I wasn't I'd be tempted.

Final tranche of subscription share conversions? Should see share price heading North again soon.

Share price likely to make some headway 4th quarter then. No further dilution from convertible shares after this month. Portfolio still taking shape and dividends to look forward to. Typical infrastructure trusts trade on a decent premium. Hopefully the same happens here.

So another 13,188,554 subscription shares exercised at end of July to add to the 36,509,658 exercised at end of June.

Last opportunity at the end of August for the remaining 30,301,788 to be exercised. I’d guess that at least half of those will be taken up, maybe more if the share price stays above 103/104p. I’d class that as a win/win for shareholders and PINT.

Thanks. It doesn't look like dividend payment dates are set just yet then. That's what I guessed. All the best.

Prospectus p6:

The Company is targeting an initial dividend of at least
2 pence per Ordinary Share in the first financial
year ending 31 December 2022 (the “First Dividend”),
rising to 4 pence per Ordinary Share for the
financial year ending 31 December 2023 (following
full investment of the Net Initial Proceeds) and,
thereafter, a progressive dividend. In respect of
the target dividend in the first financial year, the
Company is targeting a first interim dividend
of 1 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period
from Initial Admission to 30 June 2022 and
a second interim dividend of at least 1 pence per Ordinary
Share in respect of the period from 1 July 2022
to 31 December 2022, payable in September or
October 2022 and March or April 2023 respectively.

I think the share price is likely to stay depressed until the subscription shares expire. By then we should have more news on the portfolio being built and the dividends starting to flow should be in sight. Best to do nothing other than sit and wait, I think. It's likely the portfolio will trade at a premium to NAV if the rest of the infrastructure market is a yardstick for what's likely here. Next year we might see inflation steady considerably and interest rates peaked if recession arrives. Infrastructure income investment will start to look more attractive again.

Next dates for subscription shares are end of July and end of August (that being the last date to exercise).

I wonder how many of the remaining 43.5 million will get taken up. When many (including me) took the decision to exercise SS at end of June the share price was 106/108p, so quite an incentive. I expect share price will recover a bit of lost ground in next few weeks but if share price stays around these levels, I assume many holders won’t bother.

RNS about subscription shares. To date, 36.5m exercised, and 43.5m remaining.
