Thought we might see a string of small sells on PSNT (& a chance to buy), but most seem to be sitting on them.

Following my previous message, I can now confirm that accounts are due to be credited with the Pantheon Infrastructure subscription
shares on a 1 for 5 basis.

We are currently awaiting receipt of these shares from our custodian, once received they will be credited to your account. Once the shares
have been credited you should then expect a Preliminary Information notification regarding the exercise of the shares.

Elections will be set up on the website to exercise the shares closer to the time that the events become available - these dates are currently
30/06/2022, 29/07/2022 & 31/08/2022. If the directors use their discrection to give shareholders another opportunity to exercise them on
an ad-hoc basis around those dates we will also make you aware.

Still no PSNT appeared in HL.

PINT seems quiet so far - but fancy it to kick on once the staggers are out the way.

This was PrimaryBid's response to why I've not yet got the PSNT subscription shares, failing to either read or understand what I'd said:


"Thank you for getting back in touch.

I can confirm these shares were settled into your account on 16/11.

I hope this helps answer your question."

Mrs Bloggs also has a message from AJB saying she can expect the PSNT shares to be credited to her account very soon.

I have today received this reply from AJ Bell regarding the sub shares.

“ In light of our recent telephone conversation, the Corporate Events Team have confirmed for me that since you participated in the recent placing for Pantheon Infrastructure you are entitled to receive subscription shares on the basis of 1 subscription share for every 5 shares received through the placing.

The team have sent me a list of clients who are entitled to this offer and I can confirm that you are included in the list. Therefore, once we receive the subscription shares, they will be credited to your account.”

"....The ordinary shares have been received and applied to your account, however there’s been a slight issue with the additional Pantheon subscription shares. Primary Bid haven’t yet met us in the market to have these transferred to our platform. This has been raised with Primary Bid and it’s currently under investigation.

Rest assured, once the shares have been received the transfers team will have them applied to the account right away."


I've no idea what "..Met us in the market.." means, but is seemingly only an issue for HL and AJB.

Mrs B has messaged AJB this morning in her AJB account. They usually answer pretty quickly. Her PSNT shares will be somewhere with PINT registrars. AJB are going to have to get their act together on this one. No issues at II on my account.

FB, maybe Mrs B can call AJB and get them to look into it. That’s what I have done and waiting to hear back. Speak to dealing team. Don’t let them tell her that she should have applied for the sub shares separately and now it’s too late, as that is BS. The more people that contact them, the more seriously they will take it.

Mrs B has checked her AJB account and does not have any PSNT shares in her account. PINT shares are showing though.

Chased subscription shares with HL this morning and they claim they are yet to receive them from Link. "Hopefully by Friday." Poor

Well that looks like a good closing price ; not taken a dive like so many new issues.
4% a day for the next year will do nicely!

Oh dear. I will have to get Mrs Bloggs to check her AJB account. All is well at II, but no price for PINT stock just yet. Not sure why.

Got neither in HL yet, disappointing. Only just switched from iii after they took 3 days to get a PrimaryBid application into the a/c (beyond the listing date).
