Thanks for the info jonwig. That’s exactly what I thought. To be fair, AJB are generally good but they need to sort this out. I told them I won’t be letting it drop, and if they come back with the wrong answer I will put in a formal complaint.

GBCol - PINT and PSNT were issued as a package - the prospectus makes that clear. If you haven't received your PSNT they must be floating around in the ether somewhere: they are yours.

Go through their complaints procedure and potentially the ombudsman. My broker ii credited me with the shares and the subs with no special effort on my part.

Funnily enough, when ii took over TDD and they had some teething issues, I thought of transferring to AJB as a "class act". ii have since upped their game and it seems I was lucky!

Thanks jonwig. I’ll get on to AJ Bell and find out where my sub shares are because they should be worth having.

The subs shares is a wheeze which doesn't happen often these days, though it used to be common - they were called warrants.

My shares and subs are in my ii account.

Made up the shortfall in my allocation this morning but had to pay over 104p (which is good and bad). Will be looking to add more over coming weeks as this looks an interesting sector and not one I have a lot invested in.

Regarding the subscription shares, has anyone actually had their allocation of these yet, or is it something that will follow? I have my holding in a SIPP with AJ Bell so not totally sure how this works in practice as I haven’t come across this scenario before.

Right to buy at 101p on 30/06, 29/07, 31/08 next year (but these can be varied under certain conditions).

I'm thinking that if the ords go below 100p (not unthinkable) the subs could be bought as an out-of-money option.

I've missed what the terms are on the subs?

I'm wondering what the market will be like in the subs shares (PSNT).

Yes got 86% of what I applied for via AJ Bell, so that seems to be the figure. Hoping I can pick up a few more next week before the share price takes off.

So there's a good chance the subs shares will be worth something!

You beat me to it!

I applied for some, but didn't expect it to be oversubscribed. The PE experience should prove interesting.

Be interesting to see the extent of the scaling-back.

"Pantheon Infrastructure has smashed its £300m launch target, raising £400m in an oversubscribed initial public offer.

Announcing the result of the Investec brokered IPO, the company said it had received applications ‘substantially exceeding’ its £400m cap and that subscriptions would have to be scaled back.

The fund raise gives Pantheon nearly half of the money it needs to invest in a £1bn pipeline of private infrastructure deals involving data centres, renewable energy, ports, and healthcare-related buildings.

Pantheon is targeting annual investment returns of 8-10% from the inflation-linked revenues it hopes to receive."

The subscriptions shares, PSNT, give the right to buy at 101p on 30/06/22, 29/07/22, & 31/08/22. (Can be varied under certain conditions).

Significant holdings at 23-11-21:

Tilney, Smith & Williamson ... 40,654,122 10.2%
Quilter PLC .................. 37,141,354. 9.3%
