You would hope and think so FB. Incidentally I exercised all of my options, which are currently showing as provisional in my AJ Bell account. I expect they will be formally added to my main holding in the next day or so.

I’m still confident and comfortable with this as a long term hold and I expect share price to recover towards 108p in the next few weeks.

Presumably, present share price decline is about dilution of the PINT shares by exercising of the convertible shares PSNT? No doubt share price will recover shortly.

So, the exercise of options is now showing in the transactions history in my SIPP and ISA accounts with II. Does anyone know when the additional PINT shares purchased will be added to my accounts?

My option to purchase shares was exercised today at Interactive Investor. Onwards and upwards now....... Looking forward to the dividend starting to flow soon.

Very glad you found it! It would be a near crime to not take up the rights.

Fred - thank you. Yes, it's there, but no flag on my holding, just on the CA list.

I've taken up the rights, naturally!

Really? It was tagged in my II account last week. I accepted the offer. I think it was tagged as a corporate action requiring a response in both ISA and SIPP, from memory. Take another look, hopefully it's there for you. All the best.

I've had nothing from ii yet, they're often tardy with corporate actions.

AJ Bell have amended the cut off date to 27th June, the dates for July & August have been removed.

Yes ditto re PSNT shares. Nice little bonus, I’ll certainly take up mine.

AJ Bell give cut off date as end of Aug but I presume that if we subscribe in the next few weeks we will get the PINT shares allocated on the first tranche at the end of June.

Have been notified by AJ Bell that I am now able to subscribe to my 1 for 5 PSNT shares. I absolutely will.

Building a decent quality and diverse asset portfolio, as promised. Looking forward to seeing the dividends flow here. Will be taking up the options in a couple of months time, for certain.

new investment in EU. €26.5mn -

Why are they so coy about naming the company?

Anyway, it didn't take long to find it's Delta Fiber in Netherlands, and it does look promising:

Another co-investment;

I like the co-investment pattern, especially as the lead investors appear to be major players. That's £120m now, out of the £390m raised. Good progress.

Co-investors Macquarie and KKR are well-known private equity giants, highly competent people to partner with.

Thanks, two solid cash cow businesses there. Pleased with PINT so far, though a bit slow to get started, should be a decent quality diverse portfolio they build. Happy I invested and will take up the additional shares.

Two more acquisitions follow quickly!

The gas network looks reliable and highly regulated. The £21m in the data centre doesn't reveal the percentage stake.

So they've spent £97m of the £390m (net) raised.)

They're slow, true, but the prospectus has:

Pantheon has identified a number of infrastructure investment opportunities that are well suited to the Company’s Investment Objective and Investment Policy. Pantheon is undertaking due diligence on, or is in discussions on behalf of the Company to participate in, a number of these opportunities with an aggregate value of over £1.5 billion.

The potential investments comprising Pantheon’s pipeline include transactions at various stages of consideration by Pantheon, such as screening, preliminary due diligence and advanced due diligence. Such potential investments remain subject to due diligence and negotiation. The number, detailed composition and value of potential investments comprising the pipeline fluctuates and the pipeline under consideration following Initial Admission may be higher or lower than that under consideration at the date of this Prospectus. There is no certainty that any of the potential investments in Pantheon’s pipeline as at the date of this Prospectus will be completed or will be invested in by the Company and if so, at what price.

Crikey, I had no idea they hadn't invested anything for over four months. What on earth are the management doing? Surely there was an oven ready portfolio for investment after IPO? Not a great start for PINT. I will buy the subscription shares though, I think.

Pretty uninspiring investment after sitting on 400 million for 4 months in my opinion. Does not really spring to mind as an 'infrastructure' investment. I doubt I will be redeeming my subscription shares in the summer.

Good to finally see the maiden investment. 4 months since IPO so we’ll overdue IMO and still less than 10% of funds invested, so they really need to get a shift on.

Think this has good long term potential for both income & cap growth so I took advantage of the recent dip down towards £1 to raise my stake.

First investment:

Looks a good company, but they don't say what interest the stake (£36m) represents.
