Hi nascarmike1 - I'm working very hard indeed on exactly that subject. Waiting for one final *factual* confirmation and I'll revert to the Guild. I was spot on the last time about their activity and gave many weeks of a heads up to Guild users. I'm pretty much as confident about the next bity of market intel, just *need* to get one *fact* confirmed.

Confirmation the lateral has samples taken for VAS analysis, and a wee generic animation on hydraulic fracturing for some detail on current operations.
Most here will already be well informed, but just in case

That is a bit out of date jh. As of 23 June 2022 Farallon held 38M shares.Consensus is that they have been selling since then. If so they are likely under 3% now, or at least very close.

As of 10/02/21 they held 19% - 590,776,976 shares according to Investigate RNS

'A very longstanding friend of mine who was formerly senior partner of a firm of stockbrokers comments on Pantheon Resources (PANR) since his family has a large holding “Farralon the debt fund took shares in PANR in some complicated deal. As the share register of PANR is so poor Farralon have been selling their shares whenever there is good news and more liquidity. This is really unprofessional. They have no real interest in the equity and should get their shares placed with an institution. Until these shares are in firm hands the shares will not perform. The news from the company is good and getting better and the weakness of the shares in light of the de risking provides a fantastic opportunity to buy.” PANR is now 140p.'
