She just said they were in a meeting for 3 days - could be mis-interpreted could be not - anyway I think result soon. Sounds more believable than the frenchjourno idiot IMO.

do you honestly believe a Receptionist would be privy to that kind of information, and if so do you also think they would discuss this with a complete stranger on the phone. I remember that post by Ruby in August 14 and I also rang Oxus around that time and was told in no uncertain terms that they could not discuss due to the Confidentiality issue, so IMO its Ball Ox.

I spoke to someone at Oxus today and they did state that they are still very very confident of a win which is why the case has gone all the way through to the end. Only thing to bear in mind is that the outcome can take longer than the 3 months, so decision could be as late as end of year. However, that said, the expectation based upon similar cases is that an outcome will be communicated by mix August

Hi roadster, yes I did call, but Richard was not available to talk to so just had a chat with the reception lady. And she stated that they are very very positive of a positive outcome, re timescales anything up to the end of the year at the very latest & that there is no reason for the outcome to go beyond the end of the year. Decision can come anytime between now and end of year, that is factually correct. :)

Not to put a dampener on your win figures, but based upon my latest conversation with the director, he does not sound as confident as before of a win/big payout, I will not rely the conversation word for word. But just to be on the cautious side I have reduced my holdings, as don't really know for definite, its just my opinion based upon the conversation with the company director. Please do not take this as advice as he could just have been having a bad day etc. I have held this share since 2009, and will hold till the end, good, bad or ugly, just not as many as I did before. GLA

he/she could have rang and she got fobbed off with they are in/out of meetings for the next few days. which can be true as meetings do happen... nothing more to read into that for me.

but saying that we have had a lot of corporate activity recently -- meetings would hae taken place to organise these too:)
