Trident appear to be global custodians and trustees for private and public entities, funds, companies and families; so Oxs should be able to ascertain the underlying holders/owners of the shares, if they care to.

Strong Q3 production was reported by the Russian Gold miner. Output was up 17% on the previous quarter, while net debt declined by almost two thirds over the quarter to US$115m. They now expect full year production to be towards the top of their 1.63-1.71 million ounce forecast.
The majority 40.22% holder who is bidding $2.97 per share in cash to buy in the minority appears to have got his timing just right and should be able to achieve payback from mine cashflow very quickly.

Good morning all

We are all guessing as to the final outcome.

An outcome similar to the ARM arbitration outcome is not impossible
though of course the two cos and their disputes are entirely different.

However imho if a large award was to be made against a sovereign state the arbitrators would want every 't' crossed and 'i' dotted in their decision in a way which seems less applicable to simply deciding against OXS.

Well - i can't see as to how it can be much longer ! The RNS was signed off by the nomads so they must have discussed the rationale for 'very soon'.I'd guess days vs weeks imho

Some folk may measure the very near future in days and weeks
and the near future in weeks and months.

On this basis 23 days in from 31 days before counting in months
may leave some stretched on the timeline expectation.

I was thinking today about Gibbons 700k shares sale. Why hasn't he sold much more and then announced 10-20% decrease in holdings? He knows that his every sale is going to have an impact on the share price. So why did he take this risk now if he is still holding much more shares? Profit from selling a few shares caused actually greater loss to his account. Hmm.
