14/1/2020 10:42 | games - that's useful - anyone have any idea how many users a typical council needs? Yotta was loss making in FY19 but a couple more deals like this should get it over the profit line and make it a valuable business in its own right. | lignum

14/1/2020 08:39 | RNS out: "Yotta's Alloy has won a significant multi-year contract with South Gloucestershire Council". For me the nature of such deals is that once there are sufficient leaders, then the rest follow in a hurry. Looking v good. | bbluesky
03/1/2020 09:12 | Should have added that the applications for IMeasureU is getting broader, including running/sprinting, tennis, cricket, football, rugby, basketball, swimming/diving etc. - all the information is detailed on the vicon and IMeasureU websites. | steved
03/1/2020 08:59 | In my own mind I've been intrigued with the potential for IMeasureU since the acquisition. The integration with Vicon software and the launch of the new blue trident sensor, has only piqued this further. This is not only for return to play applications but also training. I recently contacted OMG to try and get a little more information about the stated integration of a power metre into the sensor. The response was confirmation that it is in development together with other widget like feedback. Using power as a key training metric in cycling has gone mainstream, this could happen in other sports such as running for example if the right device was available. Furthermore Nick Bolten has stated that the aim is to have their software running in other devices. This could be part of the thinking with IMeasureU's products? Getting back to your comment on the strength of the share price I have similarly noticed not just the strength but the volume of trading over recent months, which previously was rather spasmodic and generally minimal. It is quite possible that there are those more closely aligned with OMG's markets who can see the potential and are buying in ahead of pack? AIMHO. | steved
03/1/2020 00:28 | Price strength is surprising me a bit, so decided to have a look at one of their subs What struck me was, if the devices can help training from injury, and limiting causing further injury, or longer unfit to play periods, its got a decent chance of becoming mainstream when you consider how valuable a premiere league football player is? In fact the whole squad could be kitted out, and monitored. Each individual would have their own database, to be used to improve performance proactively and reactively. Premier league is a huge sums game, and any edge to assist performance will be taken. It will be interesting to see if imeasureu can become an "Edge" in top class football. Ps, just my thoughts, and may be totally wrong as I'm more a motorsport fan. | games
