Its either going one of two ways:-

It secures £6m of funding on AIM to get it into position on the AIM via a supported placing. But we are talking serious dilution due to its ridiculous mcap.

Or Private equity pick it up for for an all cash offer of £2m and pump £6m alongside to take it forward

Or a plain backed MBO via a consortium.

I can probably guess what will happen.

Totally criminal this business has a mcap of £1.75m, if this wasn't on AIM and was a private coy based on its ARR it would be valued closer to 15m - the market does not understand how SaaS works.

Someone will clean up here but i doubt it will be the shareholders. Real shame because if they got the funding sorted i would have a serious go at this one.
