That was very NICE

One always makes money when shares rise above 100% BUT one has to buy them first before the big rise.

"the Board considers that the Company will be required to raise additional capital during the second half of 2022."

Not much left of H2.

This rise is due to very strong Q3.

"with bookings for the nine months ended September 2022 of GBP2.52 million (FY 2021 bookings: GBP1.60 million), representing the Company's best nine-month bookings performance to date".

Share price will continue to rise throughout November and December in anticipation of a strong Q4.

The share price could be UP by more than 100% by the close on these very strong Q3 numbers.

Alas not ""representing the Company's best nine-month profits performance to date".

Alas.

£150k cash burn per month approx. Fundraising soon?

The Group is pleased to report continued increasing revenues, with bookings for the nine months ended September 2022 of GBP2.52 million (FY 2021 bookings: GBP1.60 million), representing the Company's best nine-month bookings performance to date, and annual recurring revenue* ("ARR") of GBP1.74 million for September 2022 (September 2021 ARR: GBP1.34 million).

Interims operating loss £1.63 mil

Finals loss over £3 mil

It needs to raise turnover a lot more than this.

Very similar to FLX only difference is FLX has a lot of cash but is still burning it fast.

I actually question if these two stocks will ever make a profit, just more stocks to line management salaries for as long as possible

A very strong quarter from OSI.

MM's are also in agreement and that's why the share price is UP more than 50%.

"Revenue has increased from £0.91 million from June (Q2) to £2.52 million." Has it????

Someone clearly knows the difference between "bookings" and "sales"/"Revenue".

Whoosh!

No mention of profit I see as has become customary. Nor current liabilities.
No doubt an oversight on their part.

But perfect for those "looking for growth investment opportunities".

Cash balance at 17 September 2022 of GBP0.68 million

The cash balance as at 30 September 2022 was GBP0.32 million

Did they spend £360,000 in 13 days??? How odd!

I continue to average down and will do so at the next fundraising too.

GLA LTHers!

Today's rise comes of little suprise to me, see my notes from the AGM back in June:

A few nuggets from the discussions between Davis Guyatt (CEO) and Shareholders after the AGM yesterday:

* The state of Osirium’s balance sheet has not deterred customers from doing business with them

* Osirium does not ever have problems with bad debtors

* The BOD are looking at other methods of financing the business, not just through issue of additional equity (invoice financing was mentioned as an example)

* Contract length is either one year or three years, some customers have been paying for a 3 year subscription up front

* Renewal rates for contracts are around 95%

* In a few years from now, the company is likely to end up being sold in a trade sale, the CEO has a good track record building tech companies then exiting from a trade sale (most notably MIMEsweeper)

* Over 80% of sales are made through channel partners, the channel partner may take 10 – 30% from the sale, but it involves little or no resource from Osirium.

* Signing up with a major new Channel partner in (say) the US should be seen as potentially very good news, even though it may not trigger an RNS.

The two big players in Privileged Access Management (PAM) are `both US based, one of which is is Beyond Trust which is owned and funded by Private Equity

The other company is Cyberark with is quoted on Nasdaq, with a market cap of around $6bn and annual sales of around $460m

The company has had a massive Q3:

Bookings have increased from £1.60 million (FY2021) to £2.52 million for 9 months to September.
Cash has also increased from £270,000 at end of June to £320,000 at end of September.

No mention of any requirements for future funding

Maybe they reckon they can get by without it (for now).

All it would need is (say) a cash rich Aim specialist VCT looking for growth investment opportunities (there are plenty of them about) to cornerstone a small placing (possibly at a premium) and things start to look rosy
