I believe that this company may be one of these benefiting from the virus situation. With the solutions they specialise in many companies will be seeking their assistance to set up remote working for their teams which were force to work from home rather than from the office. I also think that after the virus hype is over more and more companies will realise that there is no point of having huge offices in London if employees working from home can do exactly the same work. They will need companies like Osirium Technologies to provide the setup and make it secure. Well, this is my opinion, whats yours guys ?

Everything can go lower. But my betting is from this market cap, and with it pretty much covered by cash, we will see a very sharp and decent rise as soon as the last dregs from this seller clears. Won't be long imo.

You might be right for a good bounce from here - can it really go any lower? Good luck..

What's new? 5 contract wins since last half year report up to June 19. Two "substantial" and one of those two with a large regional NHS Trust. You never know what else could be around the corner ;-)

March '18 was £4.2m raise whereas Oct '19 was a £2m raise and £2.7m loan? Surely if they were to be a major player they should be much better positioned than this by now? Is there a reason to be optimistic other than 18 months to the next dilution? What's new?

They raised roughly the same amount back in March 2018. And didn't raise until October 19. I reckon we are safe for a while saying as they had nearly 4m cash 2 month ago.

What a dreadful story this is since IPO - my sympathies to any long term holders who swallowed the dream. Was tempted to buy now with the net cash position and trading update but projected revenues still look very low. Maybe it's an takeover target at best? Buy how good is their product anyway? Good luck holders.

Looking at last results they are loosing around £1.7million every 6 months , so a massive step change required or else this will be a penny share in no time , major holders are in a right pickle here , company not growing quick enough , they will be gone within 2 years unless they can grow dramatically !

hxxps://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/articles/osirium-technologies-wins-regional-nhs-trust-contract-1a46b80/

"This brings another NHS Trust into our client roster and shows that Osirium is increasingly recognised as the PAM specialist best able to help these organisations address the security challenges they face,” said David Guyatt, Chief Executive of Osirium Technologies.

Drivers for the implementation include controlling access to the infrastructure by the third party contractors, vendors and service providers on whom the trust depends.

The platform will also be used to enhance security by reducing the number of privileged accounts accessed by internal staff, the company added.

“We see this as a further illustration of how NHS customers see us as strategic partners in strengthening the security of their IT operations,” Guyatt said.

The company reported bookings for the year ended 31 December 2019 to be at least £1.8m, slightly ahead of market expectations and materially ahead of the prior year.

Cash balances for the group at 31 December 2019 were £3.8m.
