This should be 0.1p (2.5x current share price), based on the underlying value of their investments.
If Kremnica gets mining approval in 2017 for full scale mining then we may see 0.5p moving to 1p+.
It's attractive as a chance to buy at a bombed out point as sentiment improves for the sector and Otc's investments appreciate.

Kwik Monk and Herons recent posts provide a compelling argument to value OTC's investments at c £8 million v a c. £3 million market cap.
The share price should be double on these alone.

The tide appears to be slowly turning in favour of Kremnica; at some point in 2017, if full mining is approved then this will immediately add £20 million to market cap.

The risk / reward looks very good here with a motivated and invested chairman and Bod.

Looks like a few have woken up to the " investments" value anomoly and the 10-25x upside of Kremnica if full mining rights are granted in 2017.
