14/12/2016 10:05 | In regards to ZAmsort, I think it's more concerning the conversion of the CLNs havent been announced to market yet The plant is well overdue but should be live around Xmas although only small production will help with exploration costs Large scale cobalt is way off Seems Zamsort and CASA have funding issues and Slovakia is on hold VC & AB need to sort it out with the share price near an all time low | dicko80
13/12/2016 18:34 | I am more interested in the cobalt in the Zamsort assets , this is where the big money is in this company | porsche888
12/12/2016 14:55 | You've got to realise that there are NO workers left in Slovakia..They're all here in the UK.. | grannyboy
11/12/2016 16:53 | One assumes the money would have been spent on drilling So without this, one assumes they'll need the investment from somewhere else to fund the exploration | dicko80
11/12/2016 13:41 | Are there likely to be any implications for Ortac following this decision by PREM? | vatnabrekk
09/12/2016 09:02 | No worries I see PREM have announced they are not proceeding with buying the 30% stake in CASA | dicko80
08/12/2016 22:29 | CASA $1.2m Andiamo $1.8m Zamsort $3.9m $6.9m c£6m | dicko80
08/12/2016 21:58 | Many National Parks and areas of outstanding natural beauty contain operating mines. Take the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Peak District in the U.K. It just needs good environmental management and common sense. | highly geared
08/12/2016 10:26 | Kremnica will never get off the ground in my opinion, it's the slovak equivalent of an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' and the people who reside there are strongly opposed to mining in AND around the area. Companies have tried and failed before Ortac and I'm sure more will after Ortac get fed up, give up and move on. | fo77y
08/12/2016 08:11 | What a mess Just when you thought it was coming together... Bet AB thought Slovakia was a goer that's why he's accumulated all the stock recently only for this late curve ball 2 steps forward one step back Or Is it one step forward two steps back | dicko80
07/12/2016 18:22 | Slovakia expecting to get given money for nothing elsewhere obviously....so why ruin their countryside Slovaks need to learn painful lesson that nothing in life is free. | fangorn2
07/12/2016 17:55 | At least we now know the reason for the price decline in recent days; RNS out on Kremnica. Whilst Turec appears in permanent flux , being subject to local passions and politics that have little relation to common sense, job creation and improving the local economy, the investments in Africa continue to justify a multiple of the current market cap. | highly geared
06/12/2016 09:52 | Good news hope it goes through | jim200

02/12/2016 09:00 | Looks like volume picking up again wonder where we will go this time | jim200

27/11/2016 14:17 | I was naive two/three years ago, just like some are today, and believed that these could come good one day.. But they are no different from other miners, needing constant funding until eventually the LTH's have been diluted to zero.. ocseven you say you've averaged down, does that mean you bought in on the spike?, when in fact you should've sold out on any spike.. | grannyboy
26/11/2016 14:17 | First time poster, LTH of Ortac, so I've felt the pain over the past couple of years like the rest of you LTH's. That being said, I've averaged down to a nice position as I see this providing a healthy return in the next 12/24 months. Reading and hearing everything recently has given me a renewed cautious optimism! Anyway, found this today, only posted on Youtube yesterday. It's Vassilios speaking at Mining Maven in early Novemver 2016, hope the link works: hxxps://youtu.be/bue Nothing new really. GLA / DYOR. | ocseven7
24/11/2016 11:57 | An interesting speculative buy this one- quite encouraging that they can raise money and some incentive for the directors to perform. Slovakia is quite rich in minerals. Hope they fare better than Global Minerals who were trying to re-open the Strieborna Mine in Roznava but they eventually gave up ran out of money and I think sold it back to local interests The other interests in Zambia and Eritrea appear to give a margin of safety for OTC at this current valuation and I think ealry next year Gold and Silver will start rising again | cbeadle
22/11/2016 06:13 | Mining in 2017 hxxps://www.enviropo Mkt cap £2.5m NPV $195m pre tax | dicko80
16/11/2016 17:56 | Spot on Tom, I once had hopes for otc, but over the years it has become obvious that it only acts as a honey pot for the directors. An instrument in which they use to pay themselves over inflated salaries. How can anyone be impressed with director purchases, when you weigh up against what they actually draw from the company, accompanied by empty promises of "....this time next year...." Unfortunately we'll be back at .24 soon and then lower. Hope I'm proved wrong but really can't see that I will be | fo77y
16/11/2016 16:36 | At the beginning of 2011, there were 1,734,275,487 shares in issue. Today there are 8,213,507,859 - nearly five times as many. That is one massive red flag right there. | tom3579 |
