London, September 10th, 2021 . Orosur Mining Inc. ("Orosur" or the "Company") (TSX/AIM:OMI) , announces that it has been informed by the San Gregorio Trust that it has successfully sold its entire shareholding of 10 million common shares in the Company, and no longer holds a beneficial interest in the Company.

Today is the last day for Loryser to sell out or have they already gone. The courts deadline was 13th and sure they will be out already but we will see there maybe a nice drop here today.

Freefall companies do not have to be mining to reach a substantial market cap… Look at GGP, EUA amongst others…

Current investors don't want to wait for rewards that's why this will spike and then fall for the foreseeable future IMO. As you say this is AIM and we will all be old and grey before OMI reaches its true value. In the mean time there is plenty of money to be made trading and shorting this one.

The problem at the moment is OMI is a long way from actually producing any gold, but for those with patience, this will multibag IMO. There is also the possibility of a buy-out. Just needs time. There is no wsy Newmont would have taken the Anza project forward if they didn't believe it is a world-class gold asset.

I disagree Freefall, this should rise on positive news, but then expect it to drift back again. This is the Alternative Investment Market after all, it's so predictable. That's why I sold some on the previous spike before re-buying at 15-18p. Missed the short spike this time as I was driving! Have an average of 16.9 in my ISA and holding just under 120,000. Sold the 70,000 in my trading account for a handsome profit. Not selling any more as staying for 2-3 years and will then assess again, but will certainly top up on the drops. The same happened over at SRES. It now has a mining licence for its Pozzolan/Perlite CS Project in Nevada, the share price shot up to 0.0036, now it's back at 0.0024 while news is awaited on a JV or buy-out. With AIM shares it is often best to sell on news/a spike, when the herd often arrive, then buy back when the price retraces. This is exactly what I have done with OMI, SRES and KOD and I have seen the same pattern with many other AIM shares.

This will fall on the news as you say it is expected and as everyone must know by now this is way over priced and falls on every bit of news after the initial spike that catches the likes of Tidy 2 !
