The LOI was entered into on 7/7/21 and gave both parties 90 days to carry out their due diligence and was non-binding. So you can only assume someone found something they didn't like during due diligence. MNO is as you say is doing very well meanwhile OMI is falling back to single figures so I guess that tells us all we need to know !

I wonder where we are up to with the letter of intent re JV with Canada tin company MNO. With a mixture of good news releases and our interest their share price has been performing very well and is at a 3 year high, breaching 1 for maybe the first time although I have not gone back more than 3 years. Gla, especially LTH.

It might increase the profile but it certainly hasn't increased any value to OMI. The current cash burn appears unsustainable I guess Brad is planning another fund raiser hence his move to TSXV.

Besides further core results expect further license news as mention in his last interview. Brad has spent GBP 950k over the last 5 months. Newmont presence increasing the profile at Anza also.

TSXV is equivalent to the AIM junior market. Opens OMI up to more speculators plus it is cheaper listing Brad is all about being conservative with the cash balance.

Moving from the main market TSX (FTSE type) to the more junior market TSXV (AIM type). This is to save on Fees but will it effect the exposure to larger investors? The drilling sample results are taking a long time to come through but things seem to be moving on upwards. Hopefully some positive communication in the near pipeline to get this share price moving north.

I've topped up this morningRidiculous price for potentially world beating Anza resource. This will come good eventually The delays are somewhat excruciating My gut tells me we haven't completed the tin JV and it may fizzle out. Would be good to get a clarification of the status of that
