Be careful bushtuckaman Tidy will call you a silly Cu*t too he doesn't like anyone who contradicts him. He gets dates wrong and talks amount none existent payments in the hope of ramping this share so he can sell up. He must have got caught on a spike like so many others ramping this one on here.

Tidy, regarding the $2 million payment to OMI.

There is no payment this year according to the recent July 14th presentation from the company. Page 7 explains the payment schedule.

We are currently at the end of year 3 (sept 6th) of the joint venture. Any payment to OMI would be at the start of year 5
ie. This time next year. That is assuming to the JV partners choose to continue.

Freefall, you are just as bad as purchase_atthebottom, who is a fantasy trader who predicted £2.50 at Saga!!! For the record I only sold the 70,000 shares in my trading account, for a nice profit, but still have many shares in my ISA, which I will hold for 3 years. You only have to read the idiot's posts on Saga to see what a clown it is. Uses 10+ user names and has constantly called Saga and CNA horribly wrong. Oh dear, purchase is a total CNA jinx but has been our lucky mascot at Saga, as the share price has risen from £1.19 to £3.60s in around 10 months.

Loryser Creditors Agreement was concluded on 17 Sept 2019 when they were given 2 years so I make it close of play on 16th Sept 21. It's not hard to find that's what I like on here so called investors who now nothing about the company they are invested in or blatantly make stuff up !
