13/1/2023 15:16 | Well up on little volume and currently on ADVFN's Toplists % gainers.hopefully news soon regarding the RTO . | cal57
12/1/2023 18:19 | Noticed on the LSE board a poster did get a reply from the company-posted on 30 Dec 22. "Thank you for your reply regarding Ormonde. The company is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions constituting a reverse takeover before early April 2023 and is well advanced in the process. The company is being advised on its disclosure obligations that go alongside pursuing a possible RTO and will publish information as soon as it is appropriate from a regulatory perspective to do so." | cal57
12/1/2023 18:13 | Funny how a few sells can drop the price yet equivalent buys on another day hardly move it up.Emailed the company a week ago regarding progress on the RTO but have had no reply. | cal57
11/1/2023 19:17 | All quiet, not for long !! See some buyers have been dipping their toes in over the last few days | pol123
04/10/2022 07:20 | Good to see sale completed 1st payment in the bank and future payments secured. | cal57

28/9/2022 14:56 | Hello, I attended Agm followed by Egm. We are to expect an announcement on a new project within the next 6 month. This is required by the AIM regulations. Many countries are being explored from Africa, North America to South America for a advantageous project for the company. Tom Anderson said to me that Ormonde is not leaving the Mining and Exploration arena to go to brighter fields. Meeting held in nice surroundings in St Helen's Hotel, Booterstown in South Dublin. The size of breakfasts at Shareholders often reflects the state of the company. I would say the soread was better tjem expected! kind regards, Paul Winter. | paulwinter10
28/9/2022 10:52 | Personally would imagine a company reversing into ORM listing. The listing alone is worth around £1m to a company considering an IPO. | gotabsirius
28/9/2022 10:20 | Is it really such a massive discount to cash? Cash and equivs at end of June 2022 - 3.4m € Cash due from La Zarza deal - assuming it goes through - 2.3m €. Paid as 800k € and 3 x 500k € over 3 years. Total: 5.7m €. Of which 1.5m € is over 3 years. Mcap shows as £3.4m. shares in issue - from website. 472,507,482 (at 19 November 2021) SP £0.0072. 5.7m € is about £5m. So trading at about 2/3 of cash. Meanwhile it's got admin costs eating away at that. Much reduced of course, but still. So to me it looks reasonably priced for a soon to be cash shell with a poor track record and no evidence of what the future plans/prospects are. I still hold....but I think it's just 'fairly priced' rather than 'massive discount'. That said.....we are in a market where there will be great opportunities for cash rich companies. But can you really do that much with the 2.5m € or so free cash we will have to deploy? Maybe....but again....the track record. | gb904150
28/9/2022 07:41 | I don't think I've ever seen such a discount to cash.... incredible opportunity provided they deliver. Should see multiples in returns over next six months imho | gotabsirius
28/9/2022 07:15 | Bought 750,000. Trading below cash | talkman2
28/9/2022 07:13 | Are the directors mlking this?? | dolores123
28/9/2022 06:44 | Can someone ask if the cash premium to valuation will be returned to shareholders if they can't find an acquisition/ RTO in the next six months? | gotabsirius

21/9/2022 11:04 | Nice to see some buying hopefully news soon we've waited long enough. | cal57
04/8/2022 17:01 | What a load of tosh. Do you think Thomas Anderson has put almost £1m into this company and install his own Board to watch it go to the wall! There's also a shed load of tax losses sat in this business which is also worth a small fortune to a cash positive asset. And....the listing is worth about £1m. | gotabsirius
04/8/2022 11:58 | Selling up what assets they have does not bode well. Unless Ormonde can produce a clear constructive forward plan at the next AGM pull a rabbit out of the hat so to speak We share holders are doomed. | chassiemodo |
