At least there is a new CEO, yet it seems it's taking a few months to incorporate a new transaction ....otherwise, they still have cash to focus on gold exploration; those gold licenses in Spain still look quite good for achieving a several 100ks of AU inferred resource.

Plus side this is no way a crowded play and could move up strongly with the right news/deal

Looks like a few loosing patience today and selling up.At least it's a positive that the directors are taking share options for fees saving on the cash burn and buying a little more time to sort out a deal .About time they started earning those fees and created some value for shareholders.

Those figures were on the books on the 30th June 21.The EUR 4.3m remains from the 6m received from the sale of Barruecopardo in February 20.Cash held on the 30th June 20 was EUR 5.6m.My point is the cash won't last forever and finding a good deal for shareholders is not going to be an easy task.I just hope that Mr Anderson can achieve the new phase of development and value creation for shareholders that we were promised

Money shouldn't be running out imo - on their balance in Sep they list 4.3m euro cash & 2.4m classified assets for sale. Will be interesting to hear what plans will be revealed at some point, hopefully Q1.

From today's RNS - just about sums it up ."The new Board is acutely aware that shareholders have been waiting a long time for the Company to deliver a return to shareholders and, more recently, to utilise its balance sheet and deliver a strategy creating meaningful shareholder value.

• 52% recent upgrade to NPV10 from a revised CPR of Gas Asset now £25.5m (£9m market cap)
• £12m fully funded for Saltfleeby
• Sidetrack to Gas Project Planning Permission in place to try and double output
• £1.4m Convertible Loan Note holdings extended deadline to April 2023 for final payment!
• 2x Director Buys of 1m each mid 2021
• £8m potential funding with Aleph and Associates for a valid Geothermal play
• 165m Warrants of £2.1m at 1.36p average potentially available
• 26m Employee Options at 1.5p but fully vesting at 2p too
Negatives
• A group of Locals persistently fester on UK Share Forums to stop any buying momentum, the success in market cap makes it harder to stop any of their projects dead in its tracks!
• A substantial undercurrent set of Short Sellers who seem to be betting against delivery and pre-gas price rally; now hurting and desperate to close out their positions – towards First Gas Q1-Q2 2022. Their short positions could create a dramatic squeeze to 2p alone IMO.

• Geothermal Progress Seems Slow
• Delays seem to bother some impatient traders but Aleph have stumped £12m loan!

• Harmonics showing 2-3.5p target?
• Management believes 3.5p per share is Fair Value vs. 0.90p share price

So from the latest update we're awaiting renewal of the investigation permits for Salaman and Zamora for the gold exploration projects which we are not guaranteed to get.The company is in discussions to sell the La Zarqa copper and gold project which is valued on the books at EUR 2.4m and cash held at 30th June 21 was EUR 4.3m.Good investment opportunities are rare so mr A needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat pronto.

Good morning,

The AGM was a shocker, and I have never attended a meeting like it last September! I do hope there are plans for the spending of the cash to benefit all shareholders soon.

Some announcements before Christmas would probably make my holidays and and a promise of new developments in the New Year would increase my faith in the new board!

I have met some of you from the Dakotas in the US and others from Britain and around Ireland at previous AGMS. Generally, I think the shareholders are a nice group who attend the meetings in Dublin each year or every 6 months. I think however most shareholders don't vote or take any interest in the company that they have invested in.

I really don't know how to advise about buying or sellling the stock at the moment! I qualified as an accountant, but am now semi-retired and working part-time in security.

I would like to hear any of your thoughts!
