Perhaps ORM is on an extended May holiday - no further updates for over 6 months almost, the proposed CFO would also have to bring a small or medium size resource opportunity to the company as part of the package, makes one wonder where things stand atm.

My group won €5 tonight! My years of running syndicates results in approximately 21% payback on money put in to the national and Euro lotteries. Great talking point if not anything else! Jackpot pending as of 21:30pm tonight. Is a mug's chance!

Let us know how you got on with the euro lotto Paul. I'm guessing the next we hear from Ormonde will be at the last possible moment with their prelim results, and only then because they have to.

What's is the board's game plan? I have been a shareholder for decades, and followed mining exploration in the Baja peninsula in Mexico and search for gold near Lake Victoria in Nigeria, and then the tungsten mine in Spain.

I thought returns from Ormonde might fund my children's education and now my pension pot in the near future!

Will there be a shareholder meeting in Dublin soon?



I might get a better return with tonight's €160m eurolotto! I'm a cinch for that cause!

Reads well but update must be due v soon on the "meaningful shareholder value""The new Board is acutely aware that shareholders have been waiting a long time for the Company to deliver a return to shareholders and, more recently, to utilise its balance sheet and deliver a strategy creating meaningful shareholder value. Working with Brendan, our priority is to evaluate and execute an opportunity or opportunities whereby Ormonde can leverage its listing and balance sheet to generate shareholder value. We will do this alongside reviewing the Company's existing assets to maximise opportunities therein, while placing a strong emphasis on cash preservation."

Tom Anderson, the veteran stock market investor, has pushed his stake in Ormonde Mining to 24.41 per cent, further boosting his influence over the company.

Anderson, who is a member of the Ward Anderson cinema dynasty, and the owner of the Empire Cinemas chain in Britain, now has a stake which is worth just over €1 million at the company’s current share price of just below 1 cent.

He has been building his stake steadily...

Ormonde announces that the Directors of the Company have, for the time being, elected to waive their entitlement to directors' fees and to grant share options to certain directors and employees in accordance with the rules of Ormonde's Share Option Plan, which was approved by shareholders on 27 September 2018. The decision on Directors' fees will be reviewed in line with future developments in the Company's strategy.

Glacial progress here. No updates. But I'm sure the BOD are still drawing salaries.

Still Tom Anderson holds 24% or so....so at least there is alignment to actually do something now!
