St Peter Port has not written down any of its investments during the period under review. We were notified some time ago by the chairman of one of our portfolio companies that it had received an offer for the company which, having been accepted, has now legally exchanged. This position had previously been written down and the proceeds would generate an uplift in the Company's net asset value and cash holdings of some EUR700,000. However, the purchasers undertook to complete the acquisition some weeks ago which has not yet taken place. Whilst we are not aware of any intention to rescind the contract, we have made no accrual for this potential receipt in our accounts.

SPPC report today indicates a fully writen down investment has been sold, but cash not yet received, most probably Celadon.

Last of the twitter mugs taking whopping losses to get their cash out to play more exciting fast moving stocks

1,789,251 paid 0.279p last week sells for 0.2p today.

They spent £5000 and got back £3570 nice loss of £1430

£447 dividend on a £1000 investment is more than worth checking. Not sure why iii are taking so long.

What I find weird is the market makers not adjusting the price on x dividend date.

It should have opened around 0.06p but they kept it around 0.15p at the time, not like them to give away all that money.
