28/6/2019 12:16 | I've read a few annual reports none that I recall have a section with a similar title Origo's Catastrophic Destruction of Shareholder Value Origo represents a catastrophic destruction of shareholder value. Of the approximately $276 million that the Company raised, only about $6.3 million remains on the Company balance sheet mostly in the form of cash and a few investments noted above. No real capital was ever returned to shareholders. The Company never paid a dividend and besides peculiar share repurchases in 2012 and a few years later totalling a little more than $700,000, never returned capital through a buy back. The remainder was dissipated in, as best as we can tell, shockingly bad investments, fees paid to OAL and others, fees paid to former board members, fees paid to the former Nomad, fees paid to lawyers, fees paid to previous auditors and so on. | jbfnfn

10/4/2019 15:18 | As at 31/12/18 if there are no realisations or new loans. How much cash do you estimate will be held in the holding company? No, not the consolidated accounts, the holding company. | russman
10/4/2019 08:27 | You say that, but they just paid back the last loan? | zcaprd7
01/4/2019 08:08 | The cash in the holding company will not last long. Take out more loans at 12% | russman
29/3/2019 16:05 | Russmann things happen when they happen.... Simple stuff, can't magic interest in assets if there is none. Still apart from Russman being as useful as a broken bag we already know his "the Ords will get nothing" unfounded bulls*it is just that. We haven't even had new developments it's just russman has finally caught up with last year's developments. Hallelujah praise the market gods we no longer have to listen to his bs negativity. | oxs
29/3/2019 13:19 | They just ditched advisors... Bound to cause a delay. Sounds like they are still cleaning this mess up. | zcaprd7

28/3/2019 14:45 | "I am not that optimistic on distributions" That's become very apparent... I can't help but feel you've learnt something recently russman. | oxs
28/3/2019 09:41 | For a $10m total distribution I calc:- 0.56c per ord. 14.03c per ZDP I am not that optimistic on distributions. | russman
28/3/2019 09:04 | The cash has to be recovered into the holding co in order to be distributed. Shall we say hypothetical $10m usd. Then you can move the decimal point as you wish. | russman
27/3/2019 23:53 | Lets say they can get £10m... | zcaprd7
27/3/2019 16:05 | If the total distribution was £5m then we would get today's mid market value | oxs
27/3/2019 14:53 | Are the zdps accruing interest, I thought it was frozen under the new distribution regime? | zcaprd7
