Belfry and Galles, should be today or tomorrow we hear about divi? Plus the buys were 70,000 me, plus there are only the CEO , plus one other director in Orchard. They are a very well run company with less than 20 employees globally. They have a few staff in India, the rest are UK based.
Patience and we will see the divi announcement and see the share price hopefully get back to where it should be, between 55 and 65p.

Afraid not. The way they invite enquiries via their form on the website just doesn't give me confidence it's been read. I experienced similar with Volvere. I'd much prefer having their direct emails all day long

Agree Belfry17, I have e mailed investor relations and CEO and have requested an update RNS and comma asap.

Hopefully we will see a RNS tomorrow telling us if 2p divi date of 15 Dec 22 with an ex divi date of 22 Nov 22 announced tomorrow??
All things are looking good with Orchard and is a steady share!!!

Glad there are still others here. It’s been rather quiet here over the last few months! Unless anything has changed from the June Trading Update when they said to expect profits 25% above prior expectations, results should be good. If that wasn’t the case, presumably they should have informed the market.

That announcement saw share price go north of 60p so I’m looking to get back to those levels although obviously market conditions are less favourable now than back in June.

Looking at previous announcements, any day now. Looks to have been made at 7am in the past so tomorrow onwards is likely.
