Hi Westie - Thanks for the compliment, I know you don't hand them out on a whim, so I feel I have earned it ;-)

To answer your question...yes I would indeed love such an opportunity within OPTI. I just wish you were in a position of influence :-) Thankfully (for us shareholders) the position is taken by a well suited candidate, like you, has extensive experience and multi lingual. I think we are in safe hands.

You may be OK with your gold as and when chaos resumes, as it often does and gold becomes the safe haven once again. I'm not so confident with oil, but I hold Tullow as a recovery play, which has served me well before. I'll be a seller of Tullow soon I suspect.

I trust you and JJ make some serious coin on the back of OPTI. It is good to have someone you can trust when you're on the lookout for opportunities - That kind of trust is hard to come by.

Elrico -- many thanks for your recent informative and well researched posts.Perhaps
wrongly I only have holdings in oil and gold stocks apart from here and where thanks to Judy Judy's nudge on the EME bb I am now 37% up and added more today.

As an ex sales director of a international DOW quoted company trading into 133 countries I ask myself would you want the job of Sales Director for OPTI ?

Not for me !! Take a very serious pro.to place OPTI's patented IP offerings across the globe.

Not ramping -- this companies share price could well be 10 / 20 fold in short order - imo and GL

I must admit I do enjoy reading Speccy Investor's blog - think I first heard about it on here. From today's blog:

Optibiotix is in profit!

From zero to hero, OPTI:Optibiotix has gone from Nemesis Share to profit in just a few weeks.

It was only in my week 81 review that I was scratching my head at why I was losing £1,400 on this share, and bought yet more at 68.6p to take Optibiotix to 18.1% of my portfolio.

At last the bid price has hit 78p and the combined holdings in my share account, ISA and SIPP are now £126.17 in profit. Phew!

Every penny this goes up is now worth £141.47, so I'll be doing a jig of joy if it fast-tracks to 100p a share. The relentless news flow that should come forth now the deals done over the past 18 months start to bear fruit could easily trigger that rise.

elrico how many times has your report been read? It looks as though its generated a lot of interest and the shares are higher. I hope they dont fall back like they did after the penny share tip.

Bob - Trust SOH to be as good as his word. We are weeks away from the (1) Vitafood gig, where several LP-LDL products will be launched. Then, if not before, we may have news about the any other (2)late stage negotiations. We also have the (3)results to look forward to, where we can expect to get a better handle on how the (4)GoFigure sales are progressing. We also have (5)Tata updates, (6)Skinbiotherapeutic IPO We also have (7)the 200 retail stores launch by Boots to look forward to. Just off the top of my head I can think of 7 news items, all of which should have a positive impact on the share price, and all could come within the next 4-12 weeks. Don't forget, there is much more going on behind the scenes we are not aware of. If you need a reminder, check out Somuewins header, there you see a number of companies we have not heard much of for some time, yet SOH has made clear nobody has been ruled out from earlier negotiations. I suspect my lazy 7 could easily be double that over the course of 2017.

Apologies, writing this on a mobile app is a horrible task!

It takes as long as it takes but I will not be surprised if we have news before the already announced may news. It is to do with the comment not greed however I do not mind if the share price rises earlier than expected!

Bob

He can't say when it's coming but aren't we being greedy?

We've had some amazing news and product release in May.

Let's let him keep doing the right things.

I'm nowhere near his holding in Opti.

I wish I were as this company will go from strength to strength and when everybody is worrying about eu trade deals and rising inflation Opti will be a worldwide business growing year on year.

I believe Opti are almost a hedge against the next recession if I had to be totally honest.

As they say Bob "it's all in the price now anyway".Good volume today. Hoping for more of the same tomorrow. The chart hasn't looked this good for months and months!Anyone else have the feeling the next piece of news is close? The right news should propel us once and for all out of the range we've been stuck in!

Just a comment on parsnip.

I've been mocked before for stating I hold just under notifiable interests in companies. As a decent sized holder you inevitably (rightly or wrongly) are exposed to details that most of us don't get or get later.

So all I'd say is give him the benefit of the doubt for now, he may just give you the knowledge we all crave.

I like the nice and steady rise again today.

OptiBiotix Demonstrates Potential To Boost Health Benefits Of Existing Probiotics At Microbiome R&D And Business Collaboration Congress: Asia

20-03-17

Research presented by microbiologist Stephen O’Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix Health, at the Microbiome R&D and Business Collaboration Congress: Asia in Hong Kong on the 1-2 March 2017 demonstrated that OptiBiotix’s microbiome modulators can increase the growth and biological effect of specific microbial species in the human microbiome. The research was extremely well received at the conference, and OptiBiotix is speaking to a number of food manufacturers about incorporating its microbiome modulators into food products.

Stephen O’Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented, “The ability to create designer ingredients which can modify an individual’s microbiome to improve health is a hugely exciting development in global microbiome research and product development. We are also very excited about the prospect of incorporating our microbiome modulators into food products.”
