Yep new marketing material for Slimbiome.

So PHD Marketing will be doing the PR for SlimBiome and Vane Percy for LP-LDL.

Looks like they really are getting ready for a big commercial push of SlimBiome in 2018.

The healthy marketing team (Peter Wennstroms consultancy that works with OPTI) released news this week announcing a new addition to their team in India:

We are happy to introduce and welcome Deepak Gunvante as the newest member of HMTs global taskforce. Deepak brings three decades of experience within the Food & Nutrition innovation field from Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare and General Mills. Deepak is joining HMT as an Expert Consultant and our partner for India. Moreover, he will be our main point of contact within the Asia Pacific region.

This should support OPTIs endeavours in the region. Its definitely worth reading the Q&As in the link I’ve provided.

I also believe Slimbiome to be a game changer. The microbiome is going to be a game changer. Particularly microbiome modulation.
I've not posted since summer when I suggested that there was still sometime to go before things would get exciting.
But next year things ought to be different. Very different

Interestingly Richard Ilsley, CEO of Knighton Foods, has this afternoon shared OPTIs LinkedIn post I mentioned above with the comment:Optibiotix science combined with Knightons manufacturing expertise in speciality powders, a perfect partnership.

Optibiotix shared this weeks...

SlimBiome® commercial and product development update

...on their LinkedIn page yesterday.

...and Bruce Hoffman, Vice President, Key Accounts at Cereal Ingredients Inc. has commented on the post, saying:

Slimbiome will be a game changer.

Now isn’t that good coming from a company that supplies some of the USAs biggest bakery and cereal brands.

Coffee that loses you weight among products being developed by Optibiotix

How does an instant coffee that will lose you ten pounds of weight in three months sound?

Wishful thinking perhaps.

Not according to the team at microbiome specialist Optibiotix PLC (LON:OPTI), who have just such a product going through the trial process.

———

I’m guessing this is the trial being conducted by Oxford Brookes Uni:

The article about adding Slimbiome to instant coffee to create a coffee that helps you lose weight (thanks loungeact)is mind boggling. The market for this must be huge - how many people do you know who drink coffee and want to lose weight?!!. Knighton (Premier Foods) already supply powder ingredients to Lyons, who currently have a range of instant coffee products on the market, so an educated guess is that this will be the route to get slimming coffee on the shelves. Knighton also boast Cadbury's as a existing customer; a Slimming version of Cadbury's Dairy Milk, anyone?

HotStockRockets giving OPTI another boost based only the news from this week. 100p by Christmas.
It must be an update released publicly from the previous release in the subscription service.
Nothing new but may give a further boost over the next week.
