28/3/2017 17:33 | Shazbo, that's a mighty bonus. Can I ask you what you do for work, trader or insurance broker ? | lukead
28/3/2017 17:17 | Guys, as much as I can't believe it myself we have been told unequivocally by SOH (shared by Elrico) that there will be NO MORE info on Skin until we start trading on April 5th. AIM rules and regs. I've got a six figure bonus coming Friday and have been struggling with how/if to split it between Opti and Skin. I do trust the board so think I will go all in Opti, it may not be 1 for 1 and it may be sometime in the future but I do believe (maybe naively) if we hold Opti we will be rewarded. I think Friday will be interesting as pay day/yearly bonus for many and tantalisingly close to the float. | shazbo
28/3/2017 16:45 | Risky I agree re holding announcement. Yesterday's drop was as much a hangover from the Dow as anything to do with the ysf holding announcement. S | shrewdmole
28/3/2017 16:41 | Looking at go figure website they've added more scirocco data behind slimbiome. The communication of the science will be key to its differentiation in a market full of fads.Surely the admission document will be out this week? Sure we'll hear more that | riskybusiness1
28/3/2017 16:38 | Diamond - No there won't....April 5 is my guess :) | elrico
28/3/2017 16:33 | Just looked at go figure diet on Amazon. It is certainly available to buy! | moormoney

28/3/2017 16:24 | Thanks dlm2602 for that observation. FWIW, I think 1:1 Opti/Skin shares is pie in the sky. In the oft quoted piece below, the word "could" is key. " OptiBiotix will look to release value to shareholders whereby OptiBiotix shareholders could ultimately hold shares directly in OptiBiotix and one of its subsidiaries." I'll be more than happy with 1:5 Skin/Opti and any offer more generous than that, but would be perfectly happy to buy Skin on open market if valuation is tempting. | luminoso

28/3/2017 16:12 | Has anyone notice who GoFigure are linked to? CLF - website; "We devote our business to independents and refuse to supply corporate giants such as Amazon, Holland & Barrett, Tesco Nutricentre and mass market grocery chains." hxxps://www.clfdistr Not sure I like that header!! | elrico
28/3/2017 15:19 | Also, Mail online want to do a piece on GoFigure. Max is looking for case studies. Interesting ;-) | elrico
28/3/2017 15:07 | From MaxMorning!Exciting times ahead as we now have a bigger team and strong support for Opti.We are focused on the Natural and Organics Trade show at Excel at the moment. Will keep you updated.Max | elrico
28/3/2017 14:49 | The company I worked for 10 years ago floated on the London main market and the brokers to the float said the company had to release a minimum of 30% of the equity. This was to make sure there was sufficient liquidity. Unless things have changed this would support Elrico's thoughts. | dlm2602
28/3/2017 14:49 | Decisions, decisions- I have 6k ready to go...do I top up my OPTI account (hoping to get more free shares) or wait for Skin next Wednesday? On IPO day I bet the company (skinbiotherapeutics | f3rdinand

28/3/2017 14:40 | For what it's worth opti are listed on HL for 100pence | mikerobe1
28/3/2017 14:14 | risky, what do you think the IPO will be? Do you we have some kind of valuation for skin? I recall reading here someone mentioned £3 million? Personally I think it will be around the 8p mark. | branboyd1
28/3/2017 14:06 | From that email I'm not sure it's worth reducing your holding in opti by much or any to buy skin as we will be given our proportional holding at a later date when skin shares are worth more - considering what opti did and how this is more pharma I'd say it's more than likely we could see a 5-6x increase in the first 12-18 months...if skin shares are worth more considering opti owns 40% opti should reflect this growth in its own share price Brandboyd - no matter what happens it looks like opti have increased the value of their ip and given it the resources to substantially grow - opti price should rise on the back of skin as long as the valuation and funding are reasonable.. 'unlocking the value' - Almost clone of opti targeting pharma markets if you likeIf you put yourself in the boss shoes he has around 14% with I think about 6% in options giving roughly 20% holding in opti. If that was you would you want to keep 20% of opti or also give yourselves a direct holding in skin? We have heard many times we will get a proportional holding, from this I make out he would then own around 8% directly in skin following the proportional distribution of shares to shareholders. | riskybusiness1
28/3/2017 13:40 | elrico, My criticism is, that its all guesswork and as you state hypothesis (with probably some substance) I'm sure it could (and should) have been made clearer to private shareholders just what they will get and at what price (if any) and when The paragraph from Parob is from an RNS 8 months or so ago Again I state bwtfdik :) | judijudi
28/3/2017 13:40 | I went into my local health shop in High Barnet to buy some tablets and lo and behold in the centre of the store there was a counter with Go Figure bars, it was a nice surprise! | branboyd1
28/3/2017 13:40 | Yes but Parob, what's your gut feeling, buy them at ? on Wednesday at 8am or wait for the dust to settle and elrico, what happened to OPTI's share price on first day of dealings? and maybe the elusive Parsnip is a client of Fincap's and can give you (elrico) advanced note of the details | lukead |
