Owenmo - he is absolutely barking mad, he has no interest in opti yet writes on that thread nearly everyday Why would that be? To help us? He's been saying the same since 60p. Why is he spending all his time writing negatively about a company he has no interest in?? He's been saying the same at 60p he could have gained 30% and cut some of this huge losses. Can't actually believe you just wrote that tbh. They are selling at a strategic time in huge chunks? Go back to the 6th of march look at the big red line.... the 2 massive strategic announcements were made after.. do you seriously think they would have sold 20+% short if they knew anything?Doubt they'll be selling themselves short again anytime soon considering recent developments....though they bought at 8p, Currently they sit at a 1000% gain so who would blame them?

Week 2 over for the wife on the 3 week GoFigure bundle.

She lost 2 lb which is disappointing given she is replacing breakfast and lunch with diet milkshakes and going to the gym every other day.

At the moment, starting to think she could lose the same amount of weight on other much less expensive shakes or diet plans. Still has good energy levels and as an aside my wife is a regular sufferer of migraines and since being on the GoFigure diet she has not had one although will need to clear the last week to make a definite link.

All the reviews quote 3-4 lb a week so I think a minimum of 4 lb is an absolute must for the last week otherwise she's unlikely to continue as despite all the associated health benefits, it's losing weight that was the real aim.

I'll say it again. Any chance that posts on the 'other' board can be answered and discussed on the other board, and not here ?
I have no interest whatsoever in what 'MM' is saying. If i did, i would go there to read it.

No Luke; other side? never. strangely worded maybe - spooked a little by the large-scale selling at a key moment; why ever? In truth my unease, if anything, is centred in my overweight position. Bottom line, said position is copper-fastened and, again, in truth, I anticipate handsome reward. My worry? wtfdik! thanks for responding.

What a strangely worded post Owenmo, quite odd, I must say it looks like you have sort of defected to the 'other side'

There's a naysayer on here whom I keep advocating we'd ignore and all the while I side-step my own counsel! You can't, however, say he's entirely barking mad; on the contrary and on the face of it, what is an impartial observer to make of fat cats in front-row seats - ok not centre-stage, nor even in the wings, but not far removed from the action - selling in barrow-loads, whilst we in the upper-balcony (nearer the gods!)and with our shovels' full, hope and pray we're on a winner. One's confidence remains but the guys in the front row worry me, in truth. Perchance if it all went pear-shaped (a very unlikely proposition; if I felt it had legs I'd be long gone), in hindsight one would say the signs were well there. Of course one ignores the fat cats on basis that, presumably, there are strategic reasons as to why sizeable disposals are made at this strategic time. Now I know this sees me going 'round in circles a bit - but back to my main point above; our impartial observer would probably conclude that in MM we have indeed a crank - but he's hardly entirely bonkers (or as bonkers as some of his posts would lead one to believe!

The II hasn't sold out they still own 10.499 million shares...book balancing is normal behavior this time of year imo.

No problems with this stock...onwards and up as they say.

I'd imagine YSF intend to keep selling down their 13.4% stake otherwise they wouldn't have sneaked the RNS out at 17:35pm on a Friday evening hoping nobody's going to notice?

Don't you think it's a bit odd that with all this "so-called potential", it's only O'Hara and YSF with a declarable holding? Even Reynolds (Director) holds just 1.6% of the company (1,262,158 shares). Reynolds holding is laughable really since when the company listed those 1,262,158 shares at 8p a pop would have cost him just over £10,000. Not exactly a massive vote of confidence is it? Odd don't you think when Opti is supposed to be such a sure thing? Surely he would have backed up the truck at 8p?

In fact, I can only see early investors selling down to PIs at the moment on the back of a heavy PR campaign. Why is that?

Aimho of course.

In 2016, Seneca Partners sold approx 4,250,000 shares (assuming they sold all but their EIS shares picked up in the Feb 2016 placing).YSF sold 600,000 on brexit referendum day, and now a further 1.5m.David Evans sold 850,000 late 2016/early 2017.That's a total of 7.2 million shares that have been sold - I would say the price has held up well considering. And it's now trending upwards. Those shares are now in the hands of new investors who picked them up between 60-90p. I would imagine the bulk of these will be held for the long term. Of course PIs have picked up many but I'm pretty sure some IIs have been loading up too - especially recently as there have been some sizeable bulk buys going through. The fact that we haven't had any holdings RNS on the buy side doesn't mean new IIs aren't on board. They would need to own 2.3M+ for their holding to be notifiable. As Elrico mentioned, finnCap should help to increase II holdings this year.

Branboyd - I did say I am not going to comment on SKIN IPO again. However, I consider it rude not to help potential new PI's when they ask.

Let us assume your interpretation is correct and there are no free or discounted shares for existing PI's. (This contradicts what we know; 1-1, source TW NOT OPTI) Existing OPTI holders will have a direct interest via the parent company (if I can call it that) via a c40% interest in the SKIN. To quote SOH "Skin has all the hallmarks of following a similar trajectory as OptiBiotix which as a major shareholder will be reflected in OptiBiotix’s valuation." It is a win, win for existing OPTI holders.

--- The latter will become a separately-listed AIM company that can independently raise growth funding from its own set of investors ---- So no free or discounted shares for OPTI holders? That's what it sounds like to me.

I am a fairly new investor in OPTI and am looking for more information about the skin IPO. What do other investors think of the article out today in shares magazine about IPO? hxxps://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/news/shares/optibiotix-pulls-skin-care-spin-out-trigger.

Any have any ideas over the 87p late buy for 31,060 shares? Complete speculation but if you have to pay such a ridiculous premium surely it mean there's no stock? Tree shake today? The 4 7,500 drops early on within seconds seem suspect to me.Same as today happened the day after skin announcement and then up again following day. Interested to see what Monday brings

Ref holding us back....historically, speaking.

Neft - I try not to to travel down south, unless Manu are playing. And I am not a big hitter. I have a modest holding compared to some I trust to tell me the truth. Had I not took 40k out of the market to build our two floor rear extension, I would be sat on life changing gains already.

That tr21 only proves what was told to us when that 65p trade went through. They are not sell-ing they sold. For the second time in a controlled and organised fashion. The first time was the day following Brexit.'Holding us back'????What I like about what soh said back 'if they had known market sensitive information they would not have sold' they've just missed out on over a 20% gain. Whoever bought them at 65p must be chuffed!

Meanwhile, my personality disorder grows with each awkward question. Someuwin is the latest of a growing list personalities; all of which is convenient for the real troll, Michaelmouse whom followed me from INTQ & AVN, both of which I have been vindicated on. So far, I make it 4 - 0 for me. OPTI up, AVN, TRAKM8 and INTQ, gone south or as in INTQ case, busted fraud which had to be written off. Well done TOSCA.

I am assuming we will get some document to lookout with this new Skin Sipo, with all the financial details and hopefully some mention of partners. With commercial deals not down to 2018, they are going to have to 'sell' it.
The TW Investor show is tomorrow week and soh will be in attendance giving a 20 minute presentation. And present all day presumably to answer questions.
Hopefully some of you really big hitters, e.g., JH, SM, TT, EL and of course the 'silent' Parsnip, holder of 2.5M shares will be there, well of course you will be.

You can this will happen and that will take place, but really you are making educated guess's most likely. Now that 1.5M sell by the seeder fund took place on the 6th March, only old news and we now know for sure that it was not a former director, who PERCY/MAZZSTAR from the other site thought it was. You will have thought the mm's have dealt with this transaction in a suitable fashion.
