Bob “too much demand”? Less than 100 orders. Improving product as we go all well and good and to be expected. Running an ad and not being able to supply the product after a couple of days, not what we expected. People are fickle and move on fast if they don’t get what they want.

Shaz, it was a pilot run to identify production issues and solicit large scale feedback from a friendly group (ie shareholders) to optimise the formulation. I would have been far more upset had they spent large sums of our cash on pots which have formulation defects. No point spending money on regional and national Marketing if you've got a sub optimal product! You only get one chance to make a first impression, consumers are ruthless, they simply won't buy the product again. Great job Christina and SoH IMHO

Diets are all about continuation
If these people who brought can’t continue to buy, then in theory they will stop their diet

Sold out...Either...iether ? Not enough to supply demand or too much demand. Soft launches and products ie go figure have been improved after their launch.. and the muesli pots will be the same. After Xmas with garaunteed weight loss without feeling hungry then selling out should not surprise
It is a great sign if they can crank up production.

Am surprised (and not in a good way) that stock has run out so quickly. Surely if you place an ad you make sure you’ve got enough stock to satisfy demand? If you don’t take these peoples’ money straight away then you will undoubtedly lose a good number of them. People do not want to wait, they want to start losing weight NOW. Matcha and turmeric are two of the lesser known and challenging flavours so people are potentially not going to give these a go first (I suppose borne out by the fact that they are still in stock). I placed an order last night and was number 1563 so although we are told numbers have been good we’ve not exactly been inundated. Could have and should have been managed better. Hope they sort it out before DM advertorial.

The first batch has completely sold out and the next batch will sort out the mixing issues and modify flavours e.g more fruit etc following feedback.

Two flavours of meusli pots are sold out - but still available for to order for delivery as soon as they become available. So fear not, the money will keep rolling in! ?

It must have been a success and value for money as they are rolling the advert out to other cities .

Almond and Cranberry muesli pots sold out on the online shop...I hope that's the case and that they've not been pulled due to the residue issues.

hTTps://lemminginvestors.blogspot.com/2018/12/optibiotix-health-chat-with-ceo-stephen_19.htmlElric - We still have the unnamed SlimBiome partner in the US. How is this progressing? This is part of growing your presence in the US. Are they still repeat ordering? Stephen O'Hara - Yes, we have a number of groups buying into America, either directly or via partners, like CII. Whilst SlimBiome medical is an EU mark, I'm also looking to take SlimBiome medical into the US in 2019.

Courtesy of AJS:Global Functional Food Ingredients Market 2018-2022hTTps://tinyurl.com/yag9tcnuNoted this overview of this Dec 2018 released report giving further credence to Probiotic and Prebiotic functional food market growth. Some points:"There is a growing demand for functional food ingredients from the probiotics sector. Owing to the increasing preference of consumers for probiotics, the demand for functional food ingredients with advanced nutritional benefits has increased considerably in recent years.""The probiotics and prebiotics product segment will account for the highest growth in the market owing to their health benefits.""The Americas will account for the highest growth of this market throughout the forecast period. The increasing consumer preference for healthy convenience food and increased use of functional food ingredients in nutrition bars, confectionaries, savory snacks, and other processed food in the US, will drive the region's dominance of the functional food ingredients market throughout the forecast period."

Slarty

I’ve been saying for weeks he thing we are lacking is more exposure to a wider investing community.

That II tip is very positive and from a respected aim financial journalist.

Once people are made aware of Opti the raft of research is vast and will result in a high rate of new investor.

I have gone with the consensus and filtered the foolish UKOG troll.

Both the ii on Opti and Sbtx are good overviews and may attract some buying next week. Sbtx is in desperate need for new blood.

Rayrac. I picked up yesterday on another thread that you had to deal with a personal issue. I then see that you had to deal with A few pokes in the rib on here. Everybody’s views are interesting even if it’s just for the entertainment value. I hope you pick a winner soon.

I’ve been eating lunch and dinnner as normal and lost 2kg this week.

Will probably use them as training snacks for post gym or mountain biking tbh.

Come on shrewdy, you are sweating it off in the gym! :)
