21/1/2019 09:10 | Still no reply to my email *sigh* And where is this blockbuster contract news? Yoire all going to jump down my throat and say SOH said Q1...share price is drifting. Not everyone has has the fortitude to buy at 8p lads. | dazah
21/1/2019 09:04 | Great news Primal Thank you | judijudi
21/1/2019 08:59 | Good to hear Primal, thanks. | rafboy
21/1/2019 08:53 | Now all available on site! SOH confirmed! | primal123
21/1/2019 08:48 | I'm glad they sold out as a new batch is needed. Continuing to sell the older batches complete with crusty bottom is not a good customer experience. I'm waiting before I place another order. Plus I have not received a reply to my feedback I sent last week which is a little disappointing. | dazah
21/1/2019 08:41 | As primal said new stock with issues sorted available tomorrow so maybe 24 hour delay in shipping ifnorders were placed Friday? | shrewdmole
21/1/2019 08:36 | No matter what kind of spin you put on it, In my opinion once you start an advertising campaign to sell products (that are repeat order products and not one offs like TV’s or Sofa’s etc etc) then those products should be as close as possibly to being spot on quality wise and in plentiful supply | judijudi
21/1/2019 08:31 | I know it’s only a very small part of overall company sales but I am disappointed. I think that’s fair to say. | rafboy
21/1/2019 08:30 | The Metro add was the start of the PR campaign, of course it would have been better if we had the new formulation pots ready to go, my point was I'd rather they have to go on pre-order for superior product than get left over products with known defects, even if it means losing a few customers who chose not to wait. | trotterstrading
21/1/2019 08:29 | Primal, my order was 1534 on 17 Jan, so only 29 orders since then up to yesterday and they have run out of some flavours. That is not good management of stock. | rafboy
21/1/2019 08:27 | What can you do? It's a premium product that has been sold out, people will see that and will be even more motivated to get it as they will feel it is a good product. Happens all the time with products! | primal123
21/1/2019 08:22 | Trotters, The Metro add was/is not a friendly shareholder feedback exercise imho | judijudi
21/1/2019 08:21 | Isn’t the online advert in the metro supposed to be today? And no stock to sell? | imnotlong
21/1/2019 08:21 | Shaz - this was a pilot launch to iron out the issues, the new batch will be here tomorrow! | primal123
21/1/2019 08:17 | Bob “too much demand”? Less than 100 orders. Improving product as we go all well and good and to be expected. Running an ad and not being able to supply the product after a couple of days, not what we expected. People are fickle and move on fast if they don’t get what they want. | shazbo
21/1/2019 08:10 | Shaz, it was a pilot run to identify production issues and solicit large scale feedback from a friendly group (ie shareholders) to optimise the formulation. I would have been far more upset had they spent large sums of our cash on pots which have formulation defects. No point spending money on regional and national Marketing if you've got a sub optimal product! You only get one chance to make a first impression, consumers are ruthless, they simply won't buy the product again. Great job Christina and SoH IMHO | trotterstrading
21/1/2019 08:07 | Diets are all about continuation If these people who brought can’t continue to buy, then in theory they will stop their diet bwtfdik | judijudi
21/1/2019 08:00 | Sold out...Either...iethe It is a great sign if they can crank up production. | bobdown2
21/1/2019 07:55 | Actually agree with that myself | judijudi
21/1/2019 07:45 | Am surprised (and not in a good way) that stock has run out so quickly. Surely if you place an ad you make sure you’ve got enough stock to satisfy demand? If you don’t take these peoples’ money straight away then you will undoubtedly lose a good number of them. People do not want to wait, they want to start losing weight NOW. Matcha and turmeric are two of the lesser known and challenging flavours so people are potentially not going to give these a go first (I suppose borne out by the fact that they are still in stock). I placed an order last night and was number 1563 so although we are told numbers have been good we’ve not exactly been inundated. Could have and should have been managed better. Hope they sort it out before DM advertorial. | shazbo
21/1/2019 07:39 | The first batch has completely sold out and the next batch will sort out the mixing issues and modify flavours e.g more fruit etc following feedback. | primal123
20/1/2019 22:52 | Two flavours of meusli pots are sold out - but still available for to order for delivery as soon as they become available. So fear not, the money will keep rolling in! ? | thescoop
20/1/2019 16:37 | It must have been a success and value for money as they are rolling the advert out to other cities . | shrewdmole
20/1/2019 15:25 | Reports suggested due to heavy demand after the Metro campaign with our resident celebrity. :-) | slartybartfaster
20/1/2019 15:18 | Almond and Cranberry muesli pots sold out on the online shop...I hope that's the case and that they've not been pulled due to the residue issues. | colinzeal |
