Ferd,
I know it’s going upwards long term. That’s why I’ve invested
I have my target prices like we all do
I probably worded my post to strong. I blame 9 pints of Wainwrights :)
It’s just that I remember posters at GKP for example going on about buying Ferrari’s and Rolls Royce’s etc etc when the share price hit £10
Look where it is now

Septimus - the hysterical predictions are just a wind up. I think this BB does pretty well to be realistic. We've been here for years, patiently waiting and posting any research bits we can find. It hasn't been easy to remain optimistic with the share price moving so little over such a long period of time but I think everyone here has done well to help educate each other.

You will get the odd loser here and there, that considers posting a video from the CEO of the company, as a ramp. But those types of inbreds often have a hidden agenda, and it's obvious from their posting style and how much they actually bring to the table. It's no good crying about other peoples posts if you bring nothing yourself.

Also, anyone that actually thinks that an investors prediction can actually effect the share price of a company in the long term, is just dangerously insecure about their investment, or just plain deluded.

IMO £1 by the summer :D

I’m an investor with OPTI and sat on a nice fat loss.

Some of the hysterical predictions on this thread remind me of the GKP thread before the share price crashed and the original investors all but got wiped out.

When the Annual Report gets issued come April (?) it is surely incumbent upon management to give a general view of next year moves in values. Those figures would not mean revealing individual contracts.

Seriously, Opti could possibly be a Billion pound ++ company over the next 3-5 Yrs. SOH was thinking £200 - £600M, however, since then we have had a better than expected reception stateside.
Good PR with supporting scientific evidence will put Opti's right at the top of the "must have" product/supplement food chain. There are few if any companies/competitors that can make the claims Opti can regard its IP & the benefits it can realise for its customers, in a natural way (intel inside, springs to mind..yet again)
Opti based(IP wise)products are going to snowball like nothing else in the food/pharma world once the PR machine gets rolling. I also understand that the UK is small beer in the scheme of things but its very important to investors. The stock is supported and will rise on the back of UK investors.

Personally, I'm looking for min £5 share price Time frame 2-3 Yrs. This is more than achievable IMHO.

Having said all that I would like to see current share price trend broken. A near-term catalyst in the absence of firm partner numbers would be an internal sales update from our online product sales. So possible 6 month timeline for launch, say 9 months time. I suspect Opti also intend to use this as a gauge of product acceptance/growth/forecasting etc

In the meantime, we just have more lucrative corporate deals to look forward to :-)

Isn't there supposed to be a big marketing push when GF launch their new range. This would be the ideal time to explain what slimbiome does and why they claim 'a paradigm change in hunger free dieting' something no other product can claim.

Someuwin - thanks for posting the picture.

To ask an awkward question: how are they differentiating this from other "weight-control" products? I'm not sure many of the general public will have much idea about Slimbiome.

I'm not saying it is easy, but there must be loads of stuff out there which says "no added sugars". Also, lots of snacks in this market which may have made false, or at least exaggerated, promises.

You could say, this is just a gut reaction :)

The way i see it is we hold this share price today with a few buys coming into close of play ready for the next move up starting Monday aimo of course.
