One thing is for sure, it will be contracts that lift the share price not ramping.

Yes, the share price has steadied a bit and it does look as if any decent buying would move us north. The point is we are closer to increasing revenues than ever before so perhaps this is the floor.

Yes, thats just what I am saying; once someone starts on LPL Control they are committed to spending 75 euros every year until they die..... or ..... until something better comes along?

Wreckage LPL control is a product you take for the rest of your life, OPTI will have clients indirectly that will be with them until death.

If i was reading that Tom W report for the first time, i would be thinking "that's good, better buy some ", the only snag is that is about the 10th time i have seen something like it from him. Regardless, the share price has got to do something positive sometime and remain OPTImistic.
PS, hope i have not made too many mistakes in the 'grammAr' department with this post.

I have just done a small calculation re revenue likely to be generated just from the above Lactobact LDL-CONTROL.

If it sells at 18.90 euro for 3 months supply that is 75.60/year and if say only 100,000 take them of the 7.5 million taking statins, thats 7.5 million euros. Opti's share of this could well be over £2 million after currency conversion and profit share.
Thats just 1 deal and only 100k taking the capsules.

DON'T FORGET THIS IS NOT JUST A ONE OFF SALE; ONCE YOU START TAKING STATINS IT IS FOR LIFE!!!!

Email to HLH, which I translated to German:Hi,Can you let me know which pharmacy chains in Germany are going to stock the new Lactobact LDL-Control capsules? Which translates to:Good day!Not all pharmacies buy the product directly from us but also through the wholesale trade. Therefore, you can obtain the Lactobact LDL-CONTROL from ANY pharmacy. These can order it when it is not in stock.

Great post above, Ab Fab as usual.

Others comments regards SOH's grammer,
I'd just like to say the guys so busy I don't expect him to be typing all the time...
I know for a fact SIRI and other devices can type up stuff just by you speaking to it.
I've not used it myself but my friend uses this facility and she says the grammer is hopeless but saves time and effort...

i guess arrange is a range, but their? and not there, i cant believe soh wrote that, rushed or not, i wouldn't mention that sort of thing usually, because i'm guilty of spelling errors, when no spell check, but even so..
however, anything can happen when doing something quickly and he is not paid to be an expert in English.

Yes lounge it is, I am guessing the arrange was a spell check issue. He is a busy guy so probably gave a quick response but to get a response at all was great!!

Hi all I have asked SOH about whether the products will be available in the U.K. The response was:"Hi,Yes. Their will be arrange of products for cholesterol and cardiovascular risk."So looks like they are in talks already. Hopefully we hear about it soon.

Adnan, thanks for that insight and giving thought into the poignant question on sale of produce in the country of origin, ie UK and how the medical profession becomes aware and likelyhood of recommending to their patients and thus the big one, the seeing in the high street shops like the ones you mentioned. (i mean an Doctor who actually knows about the opti tablets is probably not going to say , yes these are good but you will have to get onto this place in Germany and pay postage, when they should be able to pop into their local Boots.

Hi My capsules arrived as well today pretty efficiently. Will start my trial on Monday for 3 months or so. Interesting discussion above. I would make a number of observations1. While LP LDL remains a supplement I think medical professionals will become aware of it through press coverage and its sale in bigger retail outlets- I would love to see Boots or Holland and Barrat2. Given that 7-8 million take statins in the UK even 1% of those plus some not currently taking statins would produce the big national deal we are hoping for. I would like to think (hope) discussions are ongoing with A UK distributor3. I suspect once on sale in the UK with some positive marketing and people actually taking it plus seeing results there would be a snowballing of use4. In the RNS SOH mentions pharmaceutical products? I am hoping this would mean a small medium pharma company could try and achieve max potency and get full regulatory approval and then promote directly to Primary care where the bulk of this would be used 5. As a GP many patients ask about supplements and where I am aware will point them in the right direction. A good national newspaper spread would have a sizeable number asking their doctor but it would be good to have it on the shelves.6. If a sizeable number start using this and reporting effectiveness a reputable medical body or journal may review the product and make recommendations. A Cochrane review did wonders for glucosamine. This all takes time to build credibility and confidence in the product. It is very encouraging to see a product in my hand and hopefully we will be very successful from hereGood luck to all LTHThanksAdnan

235.., i was more thinking of the share price, re snails pace, more than the company itself, i agree, it has made good progress.
elrico, hope so, re your final sentence and will be promising/exciting when actual products are seen and being bought in our local shops and being talked about by the medical profession and doctors advising their patients about their availibility in this country.
Would like to think that a major is in talks with OPTI and helping them and themselves in the process. But we dont know....

ricky, do you seriously expect anyone to take you serious. You have spent much of your time bash opti and one particular poster and now you want us all to jump on board of company you are invested. Fool!

Neft - We have to be realistic with expectations. LP-LDL has only just been commercialised. The official launch was May. It comes as no surprise to me foreign companies appear quicker off the mark than UK companies. It may be that I'm being cynical and the UK company(s) may be one of the larger commercial deals, which we know take longer to complete. We should be excited there are 30+ companies, 10 of which are nationals and then we have medium to multi nationals, all appear to be eager to use LP-LDL in one form or another. Per and Christina were not able to assist SOH for the first 3 months of this year, so I would expect a quickening of the pace within the next few weeks.
