Maybe Norti could examine the fatty entrails of the blonde pig to see what the future has in store for people in hot countries getting hotter? Through more effective treatment of HIV, we may be able to help them live longer in order to experience starvation.

Something which may be of interest.

Lagos have recently opened an aids coordination centre. This will be the hub for six regional centres throughout Nigeria. Omega carried out six trials for cd4 in separate locations all successful. So inmo bodes well for the future.

This could also be very important for Nigeria as well as Omega in terms of how data can be collected and rapidly processed from various locations. Maybe other countries will look at this and adopt a similar approach.

Why have people began to turn wary that cd4 orders will come out of Nigeria. The way I have read this is that the lead investigator for hiv has submitted their report to the ministry of health recommending that cd4 be used in their hiv programme. Technical data has already been submitted regarding trials which proved successful.
We all know how bureaucracy works (slowly). For all we know is that a key signatory is on holiday and unable to sign the final document off.
So I am still positive, but it would be nice to get a result before Christmas

True Dibs but I think you will find the MOH have to sign off the tests to allow into their HIV programme...should be any day soon.... see below

This order is in addition to the first purchase order for 50,000 tests announced on 16 August 2019. The combined order total for 250,000 tests remains conditional upon the Nigerian Ministry of Health ("MOH") approving the Company's VISITECT(R) CD4 350 test into its national HIV policy, a process which is still ongoing at present. A final delivery schedule will be confirmed once the MOH outcome is known with certainty.

I was under the impression the ‘approval̵7; was for inclusion of Visitect 350 in the MoH’s National HIV strategy, following evaluation trials. NOT that the Ministry are themselves approving the specifics order or the purchase of the tests. That is being done directly by ODX Distribution partner in Nigeria. Or have I got that wrong?

The stock market generally looks 18 months ahead.so inmo if we get a good rns re cd4 and food tech we should get to good level in a couple of months.for me ideally above 20 p

Not sure Dibs. An opportunistic grab at it for £40m could happen (28p/share) - but I would like to think they can get double that.

Norti (and his cadaver tealeaf reading) is probably right though. Uptake of Visitect CD4 is probably going to be slower rather than faster, and take up of Food Detective in China could be the realy game changer in the near future.

They could well report on completing phase 1 of the three-phase programme for WHO prequalification this week. They expected the technical review to be completed together with a decision on the evaluation site by calendar year end, and I doubt much will get done from the 23rd December.

We could also get news on the Nigerian MOH approval soon as the CD4 350 orders are conditional on receiving this and delivery is scheduled between January and March 2020.

Either way - this is cheap as chips with the price still some way from the house broker target. It is not without risk, but all the runes are looking good and by this time next year the business could be significantly cash-flow positive and paying dividends. That said though, the company is unlikely to be listed this time next year if that pans out: plenty of cash rich businesses out there looking to acquire decent cash generating businesses with niche products and high margins.
