16/12/2019 21:44 | I've held on for four years and would be happy to hold for another four as I think Colin can replace Norti as King of the Castle. Thank goodness he joined the company. | gwr7
16/12/2019 19:36 | isn't it more likely that some sort of deal with ekf will materialise.personal just hope that nothing happens until who approval. | upomega
16/12/2019 18:13 | I am Norti Raskal King of the Castle I have dispatched a prisoner in my dungeon and my necromancer and astrologer have consulted the revived cadaver. The corpse says that the interest is in the Food intolerance and disease part. The dead say it's worth 25 pence per share. The Visitect CD4 is contracted to someone know as burnadette....at this point the necromancy failed. | raskal
16/12/2019 16:42 | You might be right. Keeping on top of finances hasn't been his strong suit : ) | gwr7
16/12/2019 16:32 | Perhaps he hadn't paid their admin fee, and they sold shares to cover the costs... | longshanks
16/12/2019 16:29 | Harbinson's pension administrator has just cost him £104.29 and that's without dealing charges. He'll be livid. | gwr7
16/12/2019 14:50 | It seems Christopher Mills (involved in Omega via Oryx) replaced Ron Zwanziger who replaced David Evans at EKF. Small world innit Norti? | gwr7
16/12/2019 14:07 | I am the Norti Raskal King of the Castle wish to thank varlets for information. As I build fortresses he builds companies through acquisition. Doth he work for Abbott laboratories of Chicago? Therewith there is noise! | raskal
16/12/2019 13:34 | So it seems that Ron Zwanziger (one g in the name) is CEO of LumiraDx. LumiraDx appear to specialise in POC Diagnostics technology and POC platforms. Also, interestingly their UK office is in Arbroath (of all places)Scotland. ‘LumiraDx was founded in 2014 by a group of entrepreneurs with a successful track record in building and scaling diagnostics and health IT businesses. These included Medisense, Inverness Medical and Alere.’ Hmmm what do we think? Is Norti just being a Rascal or is he onto something. I have an open mind, it does seem plausible, makes sense | dibs61
16/12/2019 13:01 | He was a NED at EKF Diagnostics wasn’t he? Is he still there? Certainly a big noise in the world of Diagnostics | dibs61
16/12/2019 12:32 | How do you know Ron Zwanzigger is interested in Omega? | arthur_lame_stocks
16/12/2019 12:09 | I Norti of the Raskal clan ask this of knaves varlets who and why is a man called Ron Zwanzigger interest in this business? | raskal
16/12/2019 09:05 | I knew it couldn’t last. RNS out after rush hour. OMEGA DIAGNOSTICS GROUP PLC ("Omega" or the "Company" or the "Group") VISITECT® CD4 Update Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on CD4, food intolerance and allergy testing, announces that due to unforeseen additional ambient lighting requirements because of the short winter days at our Alva plant in Scotland, cost saving measures have had to be implemented with immediate effect. Our thermoplastic injection moulding machine has been unplugged and the socket papered over. As we are no longer able to manufacture the Company's VISITECT® CD4 tests, and my brief attempt to sell that division on ebay proved futile, it has been written off in its entirety. This will have the benefit of reducing overheads due to less man hours spent putting coins in the meter, and it will also allow us to focus somewhere else. The money that will be saved enables me to commit to sending each of our long suffering shareholders one stale bread roll for their festive dinner. The board is pleased to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a more prosperous New Year. The information communicated in this announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014. Contacts: Omega Diagnostics Group PLC Ebenezer Hurbinson, Group Finance Director | gwr7
16/12/2019 09:01 | We're still waiting on approval from the Nigerian Ministry for the 350 test. Hopefully that will come soon and then those orders can start shipping. | arthur_lame_stocks
16/12/2019 07:36 | Lovely finish on Friday night. Hopefully all set to see more this week. | rivaldo
15/12/2019 12:51 | Dibs it was another share we were in got taken over before full potential was realised fear the worst here 50p + bid might get accepted | leedslad001
15/12/2019 10:59 | I suppose it helps that it's his own money. We all know how quickly superstar fund managers can end up in the stocks pelted with rotten eggs and tins of tomatoes. Ladies and gentlemen, Neil Woodford. | gwr7
15/12/2019 10:09 | ....And like Leeds I intend to stay for the full ride. There will be odd bumps on the way but one of the biggest bull points for me has been Richard Snellers confidence in this company. A leading fund manager putting so much of his own money into one tiny company. Extraordinary. | dibs61
15/12/2019 09:21 | Hopefully Barry things will progress fast now. As I mentioned before if this was a biotech stock we would already be approaching a 100 milion market cap. Let's hope we get some more positive rns,s soon | upomega
15/12/2019 06:42 | The trouble is Leeds we said that 3 years ago...LOL | barrywhit
14/12/2019 22:35 | I won't be selling for the next 3 years when we will be taken over at 100p + :-) | leedslad001

14/12/2019 18:01 | You could only buy with negotiated trades yesterday, but were able to buy in quantity easily enough at or below the quoted offer. | longshanks
