Just been watching some Warren Buffett stuff for inspiration. Two things are paramount. Extensive research to establish your intended investment has been undervalued (and overlooked)by the market which he describes as ‘market inefficiency.
Secondly and just as importantly - a long term investment strategy.

I am 100% sure that with an 11p average here (was under 11 but I’ve added recently) I hold a stock which is fundamentally undervalued by the market. It has a solid and sound investor base. Richard Sneller, I am convinced, is adopting a Buffet style investment approach here and is anticipating a substantial return as am I (albeit somewhat smaller lol)

And, in that positive message to end the year, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all my fellow investors in Omega Diagnostics.

5 trades - all buys this morning which is positive.

It’ll be a bonus if we are a new year share Tip to arouse some fresh interest. We should be given the prospects for next year

upomega, There are only 3 or 4 traders working ODX and they don't take a long term view, they are T10 & T20 trades. Frustrating but that's the stock market... Merry Christmas All and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year...(sent you a PM leeds)

Hopefully this will now hold at a decent level
Just need the traders to take a slightly long term view.

Norti of the family Raskal King of the Castle says thus:-
The hag we captured drowned on the ducking stool, not a witch but an old woman. No matter as the corbinated chicken's mentors Lenin Stalin and Trotsky said to establish the socialist state 15-25% of the population must die. So what is the unfortunate drowning of one woman against the good that will be achieved. As the abbottopotamus said of chairman Mao on balance killing 30million people weighed against the great leap forward was a good thing. If agent Cobb was too stupid for the Czech intelligence service to engage wehave had a narrow escape.

Like another of his hero's Pol Pot wearing glasses or in a UK context would have got you a term in a re education camp making Christmas cards for Tesco.

Onwards and upwards.
I still find it difficult to understand why valuations are so different between biotech companies and fledgling health care companies. Up protherics

Longshanks yes I too had noticed that positive chart development and was going to post as such. I think the stock became ridiculously oversold and so there was a technical bounce. But fundamentals are undoubtedly strengthening and should continue to do so. ‘IF’ they do the market will at some point either rerate the stock to reflect increasing growth prospects or we should see a slow steady growth in the share price It maybe a surprise to learn we have risen around 50% from a low of around 9.75 in November. No retrace thus far so don’t be surprised if there is one short term.

Yuk
Personally I hope the recent rise is down to investors realising how undervalued the shares is.

We have experienced an interesting chart phenomenon. I think TA in illiquid stocks is a dark art and should be considered with a pinch of salt. I do however get reassured that stocks are recovering when I see the 30d moving average cross the 50d and further encouraged when I see the 50d cross the 200d (golden cross). If the crossing points occur with a positive gradient then that is my most bullish signal.

For the first time though in looking at these trends, I have come across a simultaneous crossing of the 30d, 50d and 200d moving averages. And all are with a positive gradient (the 200d only just).

I'm OK, it's the people who can't see what's happening and who voted for Boris who would rather have a melting block of ice replace him than stand up for himself in a debate about the most pressing issue facing us that I feel sorry for.

Well when you see how many years it takes to get approvals to help people with Aids I see no chance of reversing climate breakdown. We're nearly past the point of it being irreversible.

In today's world, entrail sifters are valued more than scientists.
