Still hold some but sold down a fair few.

Completely messed up this one - my own misjudgment - but also feel the management are now not due my trust & best to step away and leave them to it.

The 10,140,066 is the Liontrust holding Leeds.....so they now are out delayed from Friday...

Clearly Liontrust must have sold 'a few' before Friday as they owned 7.99% of Omega as at 31 March 2018 but in any case they have sold 10.14 million therefore at least another 3 million+ are unaccounted for at the moment with Sneller grabbing 6.365 million

Liontrust have also just announced they've sold their entire 7% stake in IDOX too. It's possible they're having a spring-clean of their portfolio and are raising cash for new investments and realising a few losses rather than anything more fundamental.

Certainly handy that Sneller is on hand to mop up the available shares.

... and as you can see for yourself Harwood Capital were the 'big seller' between last September and this March, holding 5% previously.

It would appear that Cavendish must have mopped some of it up along with Sir Richard Sneller 👍

IMO Liontrust did not want to stump up any more cash or see further dilution/losses

I read once that falling in love with a share was dangerous
Thus far I think I have managed to avoid doing so
But if you are going to fall in love
Then it is better to love the CEO

Omega have recently updated the Major Shareholder Information as at 31 March 2018 on their website, not before time, sadly now of of date given recent shenanigans:

Sneller now has a whopping 19% - worth over £3m - and must have bought over another 6m shares. And great to see the CEO and FD buying too.

Good news with Director buying, that tells me there won't be a placing or else Kieron would probably of held back to participate in the placing.....imo
