2p value here with 100% ownership of Cambay. Valued by Align Research who themselves have taken a position.The board should be able to get a good funding agreement as there were a lot of suitors interested last year.The sale process also removes the cash call uncertainty with GPSC that has been dragging on for so long, so in effect we're getting remainder of Cambay for a significantly reduced value to what it is worth.

Align Research note - 100 percent Cambay PSC in Oilex's hands will value it at 2p.This is a multi bagger at these levels.

Oilex originaly declined to exercise first refusal on Gov's 55%. So I suspect they have now been made an offer they can't refuse. But funding reqd so dilution on the way I would think.

Seem like OEX have a done deal, just need 24 hrs before trading opens up on the other stock market, third party already reach finance, just the small details. This should close over the value.
