Does anybody know what price we would be looking at once the sale is concluded

Have some patience give it 4 weeks for the sale to actually conclude and you’ll see a more sustainable rise. Atm people just assume it will be a few weeks for another update and the share price will drop back (and they are possibly right) but for those willing to wait for the sale to complete they will be rewarded.

Every piece of news coming out derisks this bit by bit, it may fall back but can't see this doing anything but gaining momentum as now we can start to price in what we think the bid is.Good luck to all those that have held

Agreed Danny - but the fact that they have pressed on with this tells me they are confident in the discussions gspc are currently having with our new partner, for once we are being proactive and not wasting time doing this post cambay being resolved :-)

This is / would be good news if announced after Cambay sorted. The asset needed to be disposed of to focus on Cambay and that’s going ahead so great. But Cambay needs sorting first imo, then things like this will make more sense.

I think it's only a matter of time before it starts moving back into the .2'sWould people rather 1) we kept a portfolio of assets that we are unable to fund and generate returns2) huge placing to support these assets which may yield no results3) transfer to a separate company which take all the risk and in turn provide us with a kickback as and when they fund and start operations.I struggle to find why anyone would want 1 or 2....I for one am happy with where things are moving, yes the last few years we have burnt cash and made little or no physical progress but we are much further along with gspc. We have a preferred bidder which will not only support future programmes but also provide gspc with the cash to settle up with oex or provide us with a free ride for future drilling (up to the balance owed)Once the update drops I fully expect this to be multiples of where we are now...fingers crossed
