Octagonal Oct chat appears under Octavia minerals, have asked advfn numerous times to restore the link properly to Octagonal and stop helping the criminal deceitful shareholder asset thieves John Gunn and Roger Barby (of the Panama Papers) . These people are under investigation by UK Police Action Fraud. They produced a Prospectus to Public List but had a secret plan to buy out one of the listing supporters at cost shortly after and then return to Private company status, award themselves free bonus shares and steal the listing supporters shareholding assets back to themselves. This is what they are. The lowest of the low scum. If they are Jewish and Jewish internal checks ( as an individual i am appalled by existence of group lobbies ) are refusing to censure them and return assets to shareholders then will you do us all a favour and throw the books away (why me?).... in other words DO SOMETHING... It's all so creepy

In the shareholders meeting October 2022 John Gunn said that he would like to try to grow the business. Financing that growth would come from lower dividends. We have to find out if that growth occurred.

@uu4, they are no longer publicly listed, sadly shareholders voted to de-list (remember?) Clearly it was unfair due to Gunn's huge holding, but that is where we currently are.

@Bedbel, I'd hope for a bigger dividend than last year - more like the 0.1p per share we previously received. Surely it would be in Gunn's personal interests to declare a larger dividend?

ITS not encouraging, Gunn and Barby refused to answer call for years to explain (or attempt justify any other- impossible) way the theft of the company from shareholders who supported a PUBLIC listing..... DO YOU UNDERSTAND .....a PUBLIC LISTING . That means the two owners cannot have a secret plan to immediately kill all shareholders...., DO YOU UNDERSTAND
GAOL AND BANKING LICENSE REVOKED UNCONDITIONALLY. LISTING SHAREHOLDERS FULLY COMPENSATED.. (so sorry for the inconvenience). Anything else is high handed corruption and completely against the economy, small business and inclusive shareholder ownership of growth or new business..... DO YOU UNDERSTAND
this isn't some pals game where the rules are fuzzy and can be ignored when they want or lobby or smarm a few false posters
The PROSPECTUS ... DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT IS......DID NOT MENTION GUNN AND BARBY ARE CORRUPT AND HAVE A PLAN TO (a) reduce the value of your shareholding from 8p to 6p to 4p to 2p to 1p to ..p. (b) They have a plan to dilute your shareholding by awarding themselves ''''bonus''' shares.WHICH MEANS your payout of any dividend will be much less and theirs much more (c) they will not honour the pledge to pay immediate dividends on PUBLIC listing WHICH MEANS the shareprice will deliberately stagnate/attract no interest form next after listing investors (d) which means their hidden plan is executed.
NONE OF THAT WAS IN THE PROSPECTUS...
NOBODY WOULD HAVE INVESTED IF IT HAD BEEN . WHICH MEANS THEY WERE D E C E I V E D

Last year the dividend was paid end of March. I'm hoping for the same amount this year. The AGM will be before that date. I spoke to Nilesh a few weeks ago who said trading has been ok given the market conditions.

John Gunn and Roger Barby listed Octagonal on the public market with all the usual expectations and conditions of behaviour that comes with. The moral and contractual conditions they sign up to when public listing involve the fair treatment of shareholders as co-owners of the business. It is my guess they never understood this in any way. But factually by deceiving the shareholders at listing that they both in concert had a secret plan to regain majority control and then set about shafting the remaining shareholders by essentially transferring their ownership of the company assets back to themselves, namely Gunn and Barby, was a completely illegal act. The type of act that can only be hatched and implemented by PSYCHOPATHS adn tax avoiding psychopaths with help from an extended network of equally corrupt individuals.
i would like the banking license taken away. failure to do this indicates to me of corrupt above the law rings operating in Masonic and Jewish circles. I would also like full compensation for listing shareholders. I would also like personal asset seizures from Gunn and Barby and custodial sentences, and placing of those and any others on lists banning them from holding any company positions, shareholder positions, or contacting ttheir illegal networks agian.

@quazie, there have only been 2 dividends since delisting, paid in Dec 2021 and March 2023. The second one was much smaller than the first, so unless you were lucky enough to buy all your shares around 1p then I'm unsure how you arrive at 27%?

It did drop to sub 1p before suspension

So 0.1p x 2p and 0.04p dividends are a great yield providing they keep coming or there is a end results for the shares.

Right now I do not truth Gunn to pay another dividend

I see the shareholder register is up on Companies House under filings. There is a large shareholder whose name I cannot recall but he seems to have disappeared. That means either Gunn has bought his shares or he transferred them

No. The only saving grace here is the dividend. Since delist I have received around 27% of my investment back by way of distribution.

The Takeover Panel will take an interest in what is happening here if the minorities are being unfairly treated without an offer to sell their shares
