Gunn and Barby pulled the most criminally ignorant act against tax paying investors ever seen ( apart from URA/URAH) . I want them gaoled and all their assets seized.
I paid extra £100K austerity taxes to rescue assets of tax avoiding landlords incl Crown Estate. Watched whole load of FTSE 100 directors pay themselves business bonuses usually awarded for clever business NOT BEING HUMILIATINGLY BAILED OUT.
You sound a little like a daft mason to me. We are all tired of this behaviuor and role of tax havens in it. My generation would have built the cheap green energy by now and nobody would be paying higher bills. Everybody could afford nutritious food because even growing it in a greenhouse would be profitable with cheap clean energy. i modelled it all in 2003.BUT instead of putting resources to solve the problem the establishment have stolen from the people, put them lower and raised their own status accordingly with this cheating move. in my parlance they have smashed the KS-SGP that should have been invested in and status awarded within it. They have massively bolstered their own outdated KS-SGPs and their own individual SGP's within those via the austerity theft. The delay building this clean energy infrastructure is unforgivable.But the daft masonic lawyers and accountants love it! The tax avoiders give such great parties! A royal might come! A high clergy might attend!
the short answer is the tax havens and the tax avoiding landlords have the stolen money in their assets to build the infrastructure now. It must be got back off them.
Emergency laws and fines, closing down all 'Havens', seizing assets, banning permanently tax avoiding directors, stop international bank facilitation of tax avoiding cheats and medieval delayers and their crazy ideas of what constitutes status. Get the money and capital to people who will act correctly .
Or you want more GUNN and BARBY's??? Extraordinary!!

As far as I'm concerned that luxury of 10% a month coming back to us has long gone.

0.1P was pretty good if they maintained it but with Gunn and co in charge it was never going to last

Directors have given themselves 58m shares in total at nil cost. They will get more dividend and we will get less. They can exert even more influence on shareholders as we have been diluted while their share of the company has increased. Once again I wasn’t invited to vote at the GM where this was supposedly approved. In this company only directors, not shareholders have any rights.

that's not it Dave, missed the point
What we are talking about is deliberate illegal organised criminality by a network who are defrauding investors of their shareholding value and therefore personal assets and transferring those assets to the gang instead. It is done by illegally gaining control of the company (here it happened after listing, was premeditated, and obviously hidden from genuine listing investors because this deception or fraud would have naturally scared them away ) or as at URA (now URAH) by the gang deliberately hiding critical and valuable info concerning the main £billion company asset and then the controlling shareholder selling the asset to himself for buttons (with the network standing in to play various roles as required- see Ann Greenberg, Leon Steinepreiss, Melissa Sturgess, Peter Redmond, Vyachslav Medvedev, Jeremy Sturgess-Smith. Colin Weinberg, Michael Langoulant etc). That latter is being investigated by Action Fraud, City of London Police as should this one at OCT also. At URA we lost (were robbed of ) £500,000.

Sadly in this penny share game you have to expect bullets and lots of them.

I've got numerous suspended positions now and a lot of them said "temporary suspension" and have been suspended for over a year now.

It's a minefield but you just have to make sure you make more inbetween on your winners and traders than your wipe outs sadly.

Also what has happened to old posts. Gun And Barby lost me 240k (robbed us) with a prearranged plan to defraud genuine listing supporter investors which involved them (Barby) buying out a supposed original listing investor at cost in order to regain total control of OCT together and then to deliberately run private investors into the ground and reward themselves with the majority of the profit dispersed via dividends and bonuses. Lenigas helped them list , get a valuable banking license and was told lots of 'good' things which he passed on via twitter . He was probably only being used cynically by the network, tax avoiders of a certain persuasion who should know an awful lot better but very disappointingly do not, and possibly congratulate themselves about how underhand they have been?? We need to get their assets off them as compensation asap. Not going to submit to bullying by these low life.
When we realised things were going wrong and tried once a year to contact the company the phone was answered by such a snobby uncooperative thing that one felt embarassed to be calling and hung up with no expectation of hearing anything.
Well enough of that Gunn and Barby we want full compensation from yourselves and/or your network immediately. If not we gain full insight into what kind of network you are

Gunn and Barby are corrupt in their actions
They are supported by a network
The exchanges do NOTHING to protect and compensate investors from the direct assets of these tax avoiding crimmies.
Need fast judgement against and compensation from these 'people'
Anyone who doesn't see that result as being best for the investing public, economic progress, or confidence in financial exchanges is obviously completely off their rocker
