HL have paid the dividend too.

Not fortunes but I guess something back.

They should return to the market or offer a matched bargain but they refuse or have
refused to do what they promised years ago

I'm bizarrely still getting dividends on this stock which although I obviously don't object too don't understand viewing the stock is delisted.

Can anyone please let me know what the current status is for Octagonal? Are they tradable on a matched bargain basis maybe?

Postman just been and yes I can confirm 0.04pps dividend for YE 31/03/2022. Not sure why it had to be slashed 60% on previous years as plenty of cash and profits. Nothing lodged at Companies House to say that dividend had been declared/approved and I have received nothing in the post about it. It would appear that shareholders, rules and regulations are going to be completely ignored.
