Last confirmation statement (with updated shareholder listing) does not include a shareholder called Lenigas.

You not alone. This is an example of a 'shared religion' gang. Lenigas helped them list, and they promised dividends straight away. They also promised us all that they were a new growth company with open shareholder make up ready to grow by adding value and raising further capital with equity at higher share price so rewarding initial investors. Lenigas helped them get a banking license. We all knew after 2008/9 that more banks less interlinked were needed. So good prospects??
What actually happened is that Gunn and Barbie organised that they would buy back a shareholder block from a listing supporter so they immediately regained majority control of the company. This move was premeditated and a direct fraud against listing participants. At same time they produced poor figures, (must have been materially different to one's shown Lenigas) and cancelled promised dividends. This insured they were able to buy the share block cheap.
Having secured fraudulently the ability to run to private status again Barbie and Gunn then start rewarding themselves and screwing remaining shareholders.
What is extraordinary is that the shared religions do not self regulate their representatives in business. Neutrals can't help thinking that propensity to small print cheat is being therefore defended by group. What happened here is history too
Has Lenigas been offered more shares on cheap to keep quiet. Maybe they plan get his help to public list again with all the old history swept under carpet and denied..

Very sceptical with this lot, problem also with this is would anybody actually buy the shares off us at any price?

Waste of time, they will probably not turn up and send in the tea boy to fob you all off.

It will probably be similar to BAGR AGM, boss turned up and then said nothing and vanished after minutes, we must have been nuts to carry on holding stock, should have sold the lot there and then. They do not care, never will care.

I have six figures to lose here, if the value is stolen from shareholders.
In effect, it already is stolen from shareholders, because of Gunn’s complete contempt for us all.
Therefore I expect we will need to take action, and I’m quite prepared to throw a few more thousand quid in, in order to wrestle back some of my investment from the odious Gunn.

Hi all,

I am visiting the agm next week and would like to know if others on this BB are also attending. How bigger your shareholding the more reason you should be there.
I talked to JG on September 1st when he explained an informal meeting was to be scheduled to meet shareholders to discuss the way forward!?. Later I've received the agenda and asked for some details about the resolutions but a week later still no answer.
Apparently GIS had a very difficult time and lost a lot of business but now they were on the up again, especially the custodian part was doing very well.

It would be good if we could meet just before the meeting to discuss things. It would even be better if we could speak to MR ROGER JOHN BARBY about his voting plans because he holds 10 % of the shares.

PS: I am not sure if the dividend is really cancelled. The previous years they decided in december to pay.
