I think that's good news for all shareholders. Depending of course on how big the settlement amount will be. GIS provided $1,000,000 but even if it is a little more that would be no problem with a cash position at the end of March of £6,000,000.

In hindsight the clues were there as the market had spoken.Huge disconnect between high profitability and apparent low share price and valuation, CFO with history, confusion as to who the CEO was in the company eyes, was it ever really Esqualant who looked out of her depth and was in reality merely a puppet of JG.

I guess it all depends on the outcome of the courtcase. Until then there is not much to say about the future of Oct. Gis UK and GisHongkong websites are still up to date, so the business is still there, although maybe a lot less profitable than before.

Indeed Quazie.I have £30k tied up here, I consider it lost to be honest.It rankles with me, but the likes of John Gunn are pretty much untouchable by the likes of me.I expect him to go to jail, and I hope he does.But whether he does or not, I don't see a pathway here for shareholders to ever salvage any compensation or any value.

Thanks for the link substp - so it seems most of management's time in 2021 has been taken up with the huge legal issues in the US - the latest from 19 October states "Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is denied. Oral argument scheduled for October 25, 2021 is cancelled."

Looks like it's finally going to court on 4 Nov as GIS & Gunn have failed to have the case dismissed despite attempting to for many months, "The Initial Case Management Conference shall be held November 4, 2021, 10:30 am, Courtroom 14D. The Clerk of the Court shall terminate Motion to Dismiss"

Funnily enough Ochs I had a look myself about a month ago in forlorn hope that there might be something on there, but like you completely fruitless and not surprised. Still can't believe that people weren't stirred enough to vote against the de-listing, especially the holder of just under 10% of the shares.

Anyway they are sitting in my ISA and have no choice but to leave them there. One day Rodney!!

Hello all - anyone heard anything at all since the delisting? Just had a look at their website, hopeless, still says it's AIM listed(!) and no updates about trading or anything. Then again what did I expect! ;)
