Why are you so bothered about the CEO the share price is the price.

The CEO doesn't make the price the markets do.

The company said expectations for further growth at Ocado Retail will be provided at the Ocado Group full year results on 27 February 2025.In the mid-term the company is targeting a high mid-single digit adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, and amortisation) margin.EXPERT VIEWRuss Mould, investment director at AJ Bell said: 'Ocado's retail joint venture with Marks & Spencer finally seems to have cracked the recipe for success. There are significantly more customers and they're shopping more frequently. This performance should settle some nerves at Marks & Spencer given relationships have been fragile between the two partners. The key challenge is to sustain this momentum.

to £3,000 cashback.Open a SIPP todayCapital at risk. Offer ends 31 Jan 2025. Min deposit £10,000. Terms and fees apply. There are strong signs that Ocado Group OCDO10.74% is emerging as the fastest-growing UK grocer, following a focus on its selling prices which is having the desired effect of changing perceptions. The joint venture with Marks & Spencer Group MKS0.03% provides the main slug of revenues, and so this update provides a strong base as Ocado attempts to reverse some of the significant damage which the Technology Solutions business has wrought on the group as a whole. The figures are undeniably strong to that end, with 17.5% growth in retail revenues during the 13 weeks to 1 December to £715.8 million, total items increasing by 17% to 271.6 million, average orders per week climbing by 16.9% to 476,000 and active customers now totalling 1.12 million following a further 12.1% hike. This bolsters the numbers for the year as a whole, with similarly strong growth across the piece in the 52 week period, including 13.9% and 12.9% growth in total items and revenues respectively. Record levels of sales over the Christmas period underline the positive trajectory which the retail business is enjoying, which bodes well for overall group numbers.

Shares can go up as well as down. I hope it makes you an happier person, no reason why it shouldn't retrace to around 400p in next week or so. And then results kick on again.

Ocado Retsil seems to be the jewel in Ocado crown while cfcand robotic units seem to struggle to hit profitability or targets?
Will Ocado offload robotic unit and concentrate on ip and retail? The Kroger jv seems a one-sided deal where K stops the rollout but doesn't compensate Ocado?

The share price has enormous potential once a re-rating has occurred. Just look at the historical chart and you will understand.

Where to sensibly speaking today qantas? You've watched the share daily. Yearly. Looks like a quick re rate to above 300p as a bottom resistance
