OCADO SHOPPERS LEFT WITHOUT XMAS GROCERIES AFTER DELIVERY CENTRE 'ROBOT' FAILS
=================================================================================

Many Ocado shoppers faced a Christmas nightmare after pre-booked delivery slots were cancelled and many Orders had items missing.

Thousands of Ocado customers were left without key ingredients for their Christmas dinners after a 'robot' malfunctioned at the Ocado delivery centre.

One Ocado shopper posted: "literally the entire Christmas dinner, bar the parsnips was missing' from our order".

"Well @Ocado you've properly let yourself down. Over 30 items, all of our chilled Xmas food has not arrived... How can you trust online delivery if you can't even make Christmas?! Disgraceful." one outraged shopper wrote on social media.

Taking to X, another angry customer posted: "Basic staples like milk, butter and carrots were missing from my Christmas shop? This is ridiculous."

Another customer raged: "Ocado. What's the point in me ordering weeks in advance, only for you to cancel my delivery"

Stutes: No one who truly wants to see Ocado succeed and see its share price improve would likely disagree with your points, but the reality is that we're dealing with the UK stock market, which has become a hotbed of corruption and manipulation. I have yet to meet anyone who would argue that the system isn’t fundamentally flawed. It's a mess. And this has led to a troubling trend of companies fleeing the UK market for better prospects elsewhere, particularly on the Nasdaq, where more transparent and investor-friendly environments exist.

Ocado is undeniably being weighed down by a shorts position close to 6%. This short interest acts like a massive anchor around the company’s neck, restricting its potential and creating an artificial downward pressure on its share price. The shorts are over-leveraging the stock, which only adds to the systemic instability of the UK market. When short interest is that high, it distorts the true value of a company, making it harder for investors to gauge where the stock should be.

The CEO of Ocado cannot conjure contracts out of thin air, but the company’s retail performance is undeniably strong. It's noteworthy that Ocado has now been the fastest-growing retailer for 13 consecutive quarters, which is no small feat. These are exceptional figures, and they suggest that the company is headed in the right direction. The CEO’s performance-related bonus, pegged at £15 million, will only be triggered if the share price approaches £30. Let’s be clear: any competent CEO, whether they are driven by ambition or financial acumen, will work relentlessly toward achieving that goal. It’s a significant incentive.

With that in mind, one potential game-changing move would be for Ocado to announce that it’s considering a move away from the UK listing in favour of a US listing. This could be the catalyst for a massive revaluation of the company. If such news were to break, I wouldn't be surprised to see the share price surge, potentially even tripling in a short space of time. Investors are increasingly looking for companies with growth potential and sound fundamentals—both of which Ocado possesses—and a shift to a more global, less manipulated exchange could be exactly what the company needs to unlock its true value.

Ultimately, the corrupt nature of the UK stock market, combined with the excessive shorting of Ocado, is creating an unjustified drag on the company’s potential. The UK market is not providing the right conditions for growth, and until these issues are addressed, it’s hard to see the stock moving in a meaningful upward direction. A change in listing could be the key to unlocking Ocado’s future.

US with Trump championing growth.
UK with Two Tier Kier championing corruption and lies.

Stutes the price is the price.

If the price doesn't reach £29.69 per share he doesn't get his bonus so he will be keen to go past the target price.

The group’s new proposal would award Steiner a bonus worth as much as 1,800% of his £824,570 base salary if Ocado’s share price hits £29.69 in three years’ time and on the condition all other performance targets are are met.

We'lHow much longer can the XEI stay in the post? Record - more negative than plus, share price below 300p, only one external robotic order, moratorium on rollout in USA to suit Kroger? The business needs a new outlook and if necessary a breakup. Ocado needs to focus on shareholders and customers, rather than over rewarding a few.

Troll shorters like Sell don't hold or sell shares they are fake and doomed to failure.

There will be winners and losers and I think Marks and Spencer and Ocado will be a winners. There seems to be less 50% sales at MKS OCDO which suggests margins will be better.

What makes us unique? Ocado believes that it is possible for customers to have the best of everything – superior and convenient service, premium quality, accuracy that rivals shopping in a store and really competitive prices and Tesco price match.
