29/5/2024 09:36 | Demotion from FTSE 100 yet CEO rated as £15m CEO - I think not. I voted against the deal. If Ocado is relegated then it should be an opportunity for new blood. | ![]() stutes

29/5/2024 08:54 | Proactive shareholder market report: On the FTSE 100, the biggest fallers are Ocado, British Airways owner IAG, and electronics distributor RS Group. 8.08am: FTSE 100 opens lower again As predicted, the FTSE 100 has moved lower in early trading, falling almost 10 points to 8,244.29 in the first few minutes. Soon-to-be-demoted Ocado and St James's Place are among the fallers, Anglo American too. As Ocado is set to be demoted, surely it shows why the CEO should go - low share price, demoted from FTSE 100, number of missteps, lack of revenue from database, exclusivity deals that seem to be one-sided if CFC rollout is stalled by partner. 20 yrs+ running Ocado is long enough - time to appoint a UK's version of Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos: the current Ocado CEO's record is lacklustre in comparison. | ![]() stutes
29/5/2024 02:36 | Resistance 500p, let’s see if this one finally has some bullish legs to run up. If a predator is looking, I don’t think they would wait to long with the share price this low 800-900p would be a cheap acquisition but if more than one bidder, final takeout could be over 1000p. 28/5/2024 15:07 | There’s an Ocado (share) just for you. Hello Kitty says Hodl Yoda to infinity and beyond. Ocado After JP Morgan amended its price target to 450p on Friday, Ocado had another strong session, gaining over 8%, suggesting that something more material was at play that hadn’t been announced by the company. 28/5/2024 11:43 | The up-tick in share price, contrary to jp morgan's 350p valuation, should focus shareholders to wonder if new CEO is appointed, how much more will share price go up? 20yrs and no Tesla- like rating or profit means for me the CEO should go. | ![]() stutes

28/5/2024 11:34 | Rumours around again, not sure if it will be Amazon but likely to be a US bidder, huge value increase if they can ditch London and launch on the Nasdaq🤔 This is last years news btw.. Shares in Ocado soared over 40 per cent this morning following speculation that Amazon is eyeing a takeover of its grocery technology business. The tech giant is reportedly mulling an £8-a-share move, The Times has reported, with Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan said to be acting for the potential bidders. From last month… “Ocado is the latest name to be banded around as a potential defector from the UK stock market. Weekend reports suggest certain shareholders want it to switch listing venue to the US, a move that others have made to achieve a higher valuation. “While Ocado is best known to the UK public for its grocery delivery service, the company’s future lies in the provision of technology and robotic systems to power grocery warehouses. It has a partnership in the US with Kroger, one of America’s largest grocery retailers, and that association could help it appeal to investors in the country. “Ocado would no doubt dearly love to be seen as a tech company, as that would not only help its aspirations to be a much bigger player in the grocery services industry, but also to get investors to ascribe a different and potentially higher earnings multiple to its stock. | ![]() ny boy
