15/10/2009 21:30 | NAV of 41p with the current share price at 12p could be interesting. In the short term 20p plus per share would be a grand start. | bluesky1st
15/10/2009 17:57 | easygoing if 2008 account valued nav at 69p then we have seen 20% decrease since last two years then we have nav approx 41p and rising now but slowly.....thats in my opinion....good luck onboard | quraishim
15/10/2009 17:55 | Fell free to sell your shares by the way. There are plenty of savvy investors who will be looking to buy them. I think 100% occupancy will happen in this area with the Olympics around the corner. "The Group's target area in the Thames Gateway was selected to take advantage of the urban regeneration and infrastructure projects taking place in this area and for which the 2012 Olympic Games are a major catalyst. Letting activity over the past six months has been very positive with ten new lettings totaling 164,000 sq ft completed, thus reducing the void rate from 12.5% of estimated rental value at 31 March 2009 to 10.5% today. If lettings which have been agreed and are currently in solicitors' hands are completed, the void rate would reduce further to 7% | mreasygoing
15/10/2009 17:46 | The NAV is certainly not 69p, that figure is based on 2008 figures when property prices were much higher. Please read the results and do not be fooled by misleading posts. As long as this holds above 10p, then we have a chance of getting to 20p in the short term. This looks like its re-rating at present :- As the chairman says below, 'there are signs that the unprecedented falls in UK property valuations over the past two years have now bottomed out' which can mean only one thing, that we have seen the lows of this share, and this share has great potential to rise further in the coming few years. Phillip Rhodes, Chairman of O Twelve, said: "The completion of the loan restructuring demonstrates the confidence our lenders have in the strategy and future of the Company. In addition there are signs that the unprecedented falls in UK property valuations over the past two years have now bottomed out, enabling the Board to view the future with increasing confidence. If lettings which have been agreed and are currently in solicitors' hands are completed, the void rate would reduce further to 7%. This activity confirms the underlying resilience of the Group's target area." | mreasygoing

15/10/2009 15:49 | So what is the NAV if it's not 69.3 as quoted in the latest accounts? | cool hand kev
15/10/2009 15:44 | I think both have serious upside potential. OTE has risen around 80% recently where THG has not. | knowing
15/10/2009 15:44 | 1 v 1 usp. Hate to say it but it's a one way ticket at the moment, all sales are being lapped up to fill all those buy orders that you have already seen earlier so now and again the buys take out the mm's on the offer and the price gradually goes higher. Dont really want to take sides with the usual suspects but it does look pretty good at this moment. | 21simthy
15/10/2009 15:43 | sold quite a bit this morning and kept some for long term. the share price seems to remind me of txr ie there is probably a big buyer buying at agreed prices and expecting daily to move up gradually. I wasnt sure this morning whether we would get a spike up and down and hence sold trading stock and also banked profit. However having watched share price all day it seems to be moving up gradually as the mm's soak up the sells and then move to next level. Have a look at txr and see how they managed it over the last 3 weeks. Happy with holding left to see where we are in 3 months. gl all ps the 500k's kind of give it away ;) | comedy

15/10/2009 13:25 | This looks ready to explode. Once the word is out the buying pressure will send this rapidly upwards. £6.5million market cap! Definite multi bag potential. | johnb5 |
