ydderf - volume of sales does not suggest that to me.

Plus refinancing seems to be easier than it has been with commercial property prices starting to rise. ( see MNR )

Looks to me as though there could have been some behind the scenes, heavily dilutive refinanciang discussions, if i am right, that would explain the steady decline in the shareprice, after all, how else can they repay the banks?

Induna .. not sure where you get that from ... it bounced from just sub 7p last time and did th same today .. if it had broke that and dropped to 6.5p then that would have broke support

Update on Financing

As reported in the Chairman's statement which accompanied the Company's results for the year ended 31 March, 2009 which were announced in July this year, significant progress has been made towards negotiating a restructuring of the loan facility with the Company's three lenders. As outlined previously Heads of Terms have been agreed and the Board expects that new facilities, substantially on the terms previously reported, will be finalised shortly.



Now i know what i mean by " shortly " but what do they mean ? any clues anyone.
