12/2/2010 10:19 | have you seen the 3 mill plus trades from yesterday???? made the mistake of selling txr just as it started to move from lows of 4p...so certainly wont be doing that here... thinking either 3 mill trades overhang cleared? or actually buys disgusied by market...as share price is moving up...so guess roll on a month or two and we will get clarity. good post q re valuations. | comedy
12/2/2010 09:30 | paragon very true...they have done to many stocks like ote its better sometimes to be cash rich and benefit from their antics....in november we were buying at 12.5..........result | quraishim

11/2/2010 14:23 | That's what I thought as well, even the late trades look like buys. However if that's the case they're up to their old tricks of battering the share price down on minimum sells and creeping it up on heavy buying. Just need to wait till the end to see if they hike it up. Strangely the "big boys" are down today whilst we're up. | truckertee
11/2/2010 14:21 | it was me comedy had this one on the radar for yonks today was the day, long term hold for me. WJ. | w1ndjammer
11/2/2010 14:14 | guys is it me or the volume here is huge???? think someone buying in on the cheap??? | comedy
09/2/2010 18:31 | Yes, they need not comment on that short rise following a inverse fall of 4000% from 120p to 3p. At that point, the company was priced to fail. Now its debt has been restructured with sound balance sheet. If however; an offer, placing or merger were to be contemplated at today's valuation; directors would be culpable. | daniel
08/2/2010 19:29 | LOL they never came out and stated any reason why it rose from 3p to 16p last year, an astonishing rise of well over 400%, most of this in a matter of a weeks, more over i really dont seem to recall any posters complaining then infact not one from memory. Funny how all of a sudden someone should think they should now. | envirovision
08/2/2010 17:59 | The Directors need to state clearly to the market if they know of any reason for the significant decline in the share price. The share price now requires a 100% increase to be back at October prices. Given the debt restructuring, agm, share buy back and other important events since Sept, the share price anomaly is of concern. | daniel
08/2/2010 12:48 | Theres no evidence perloff could or would take it out if thats what you mean. I guess if he bought anouther significant slug he would have to. However like topvest said hes got the trump card. He is a property guru, his history and experience puts the boards and ceo's of pretty much every other property company not to mention property fund manager to shame, lets put it this way he knows what he is doing, thats all we really need to know. | envirovision
08/2/2010 12:35 | is perloff really after this, where is the info coming from | cyril4
07/2/2010 11:31 | Yes, good point on Panther. I think that Perloff would be reluctant to "bet the whole of Panther" on this as the debt take on is quite high for a company of Panther's size. Equally, he is not likely to sell this stake for anything like today's price. However, Perloff does hold the trump cards so it's down to him to decide what he does. He sold out of the related Rugby vehicle at a loss, to Terra Catalyst which surprised me. Maybe that's because he preferred to focus on this one. Things are likely to change in 2010 though. One way or the other something will happen here. | topvest
07/2/2010 09:50 | I bought these a few months ago at 5.5 as I remember, then sold them at prices up to 14p in a lucky spike. It seems a no brainer to me, the property investment market has moved up about 20% from the lows and the refinancing means that the derivative is likely to expire worthless and rapidly from here on. Add 20% to the last portfolio valuation (+ 15 million?) and elimiate the bookkeeping entry ( which is all the derivative negative is) and you already have nav of 25p. The Panther stake shouLD ensure that shareholder's interests are protected as we wait for a re-assessment | ydderf
06/2/2010 16:39 | I wonder what Perloff is going to do with his 30% stake. I think it's a tad too big for Panther to acquire, but you never know! | topvest
06/2/2010 10:39 | Great, At they level your mad not to follow the shrewed Perloff money imo. | envirovision
06/2/2010 09:11 | Yep I bought some more aswell. This will come good again - hopefully not too long now - but 6p is sooooooo cheap. | tts |
