10/2/2019 17:40 | It gives shareholders security | 66778899
10/2/2019 17:36 | 🚮🤡 | nudog69
10/2/2019 17:32 | What has consolidation got to do with funding and revenue. Revenue is irrelevant in any company . | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 17:23 | No because the share price was diluted at higher prices. The share since has dropped back , so a large percentage of that dilution was picked up at very low prices. It really doesn't have that many shares in issue for a oil company. Xtr had 24 billion before consolidation. What is important is free float . You could have 24 billion in issue and only 5 percent tradable . I can tell you it would move very quickly. So shares are irrelevant at price. Free float - availability is what is important. | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 17:23 | Consolidation If the company has revenue and can guarantee they are fully funded Which is not the case here | 66778899
10/2/2019 17:15 | When NUOG, then ENEGI, came to my attention CM it had 50 million now its got over 1.4 billion - so how has it not been "diluted to exhaustion"? | taxibabe
10/2/2019 17:12 | It’s about time nuog came clean and apologise for their disgusting behaviour ✌️ | nudog69
10/2/2019 17:09 | You are talking about shares that have been diluted to exhaustion. Consolidation is a good thing to shift the price but it also allows more dilution. So all in all consolidation is not always a good thing. Nuog is a million miles away from consolidation. As we see when the share prices rises quite quickly, Obviously share availability is low. | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 17:03 | If that is true CM why do all consolidations cause a big drop in the Share price? Ans is punters like having millions of shares and no a consolidation means loads more rights issues | taxibabe
10/2/2019 17:03 | As the share price increases stock becomes more valuable. I trade stocks where now a couple of hundred will cost you over a k , wasn't allways like that .stock availability and free float . | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 16:59 | Taxi what utter rubbish you spout , it's embarrassing it really is. Consolidation lol. Do you know anything about a stock that was diluted at much higher levels then fall s back to .09 , yes you got it less shares it free float. Shares in issue at NUOG is irrelevant. | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 16:50 | Berni that’s what it peeps fed up with companies like nuog take take and take to pay their huge salary!! It’s a license for them to print money peeps like me help others who would get mugged by boiler room rampers! And dodgy rns’s you are low for ramping news tomorrow today next week etc! ✌️ | nudog69
10/2/2019 16:48 | You've guessed a lot of things taxi and none of it has come to pass. | royscot1
10/2/2019 16:46 | I am guessing a large rights and consolidation. | taxibabe
10/2/2019 16:36 | Who do you think I am, BT? Anakin Skywalker or something lol. | royscot1
10/2/2019 16:30 | Right BT try and not post for a few hours 👌 | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 16:07 | Minty thinks mug punters will leave burned and more will just slip in and be the next victims. Same as Colin Bird Xtr but in reality the mug punters here will stick around and crush this share. The fact 38 were at the AGM shows they are all very at their last tether here and I knew that was a dangerous sign in itself BT | oldsnrtom
10/2/2019 16:05 | Royscot i like you mate and I know you won't put up with Mintys carry on. You have have potential to become Nuogs greatest deramper in time. I look forward to us joining forces soon here:-) | oldsnrtom
10/2/2019 15:58 | I've been buying for the last few weeks. I've got quite a few positions set for next week. So yes I will be taking more. While these prices are still low. Let's see what happens tomorrow as I have a feeling it's not going to drop and will be going in the opposite direction. | thecashmoney
10/2/2019 15:54 | 🎈🎈 | barnes4
10/2/2019 15:52 | Point deduction for nudog low blow low bro!😂㊃ Exciting times , CM, berny, Roy, topping up.? | icac
10/2/2019 15:49 | So they employ ex OSX field director, could that of because they may know what the plans are by the Bondholders. I mean this is business right , with hundreds of millions at stake. Have they out manouvered dommo. By selling there stake in dommo the share price has declined hundreds of millions. They have the very guy in charge who used to run the osx. Quite a easy transition if you think about it. A man who all the employees know and respect, a guy who oversaw the original development. Now if they sold the field surely the jobs would all be surplus to requirements, unless you reemploy them and have a man in charge who knows the field and staff inside out. Quite a well put together plan . Have you noticed the dommo post has vanished off LSE .👌 | thecashmoney |
